We lack some functionality here.

Leader messages (aka inbox)
Your should be able to edit, rearrange and delete old messages
The limit on the length of the messages should be longer - also in chat

Chat
You should be able to see who is accepting new members and booting old ones
Cooldown period for booted members - you should not be able to reapply within xx hours if booted.
I know that it could be solved by changing the Posse to not being open but that is not always desired.

Lets hear some more suggestions

    Ditto on private message especially between leader & co leaders. That would help in making posse decisions like boot, promo, etc
