I hear you with the feeling that your burnt out, people even get “Zoom” fatigue these days so video game fatigue isn’t a far stretch. If I didn’t have wars to keep my attention I’d wander off looking for something else in another project or game. Maybe some people treat this more like work than a game.
Could the tool penalty be that there’s a choice between starting a war, like in the distance. Hard (no tools allowed) regular rewards like we’re seeing now. Expert (tools allowed) way better rewards, cosmetic rewards, but only given to the first, second and third (or some sort of % by participation) system.
Haven’t we done in game polls before for things like this?
