Novatic and stolen accounts

I have heard reports of multiple people including members of my own group have had accounts breached by this so called Novatic. I have seen other complaints on this very same forum. After checking my mates email addresses against Have I been Pwned and Dehashed there were no results. Obviously this is a serious hole in your security and I expect it be rectified or I doubt anyone will be eager to spend money on your game anymore
