Random Game Crashing

So I’ve been experience random game crashes that just happen out of nowhere.

It happened in the middle of Stage 1 and a Stage 3 of the Battle League, was able to only do Stage 2 until I was overwhelmed.

I get random crashes in Baits also.

I’m on an iPhone 7, iOS 13.3.1 and my TWD:OW app is up-to-date. My WiFi is also fine.

    @HedaLexa_100 try turning off blood and gore in the setting, it sounds like a device performance issue, if you haven't done so already, please contact in-game support so they can look into the issue.
