Group Packs - May 13th
We recently had an issue where some players who bought the Group Packs had issues sharing with their Group.
Any Player who started a session between 08.00 UTC and 11.22 UTC on May 13th and has bought a Group Pack should shortly receive a support compensation based on the Group Pack bought.
Once the compensation is claimed, you will receive a notification on the Social Tab that will allow you to send the gift to your team members. All members of your group will then receive a notification on their own Social Tab and will be able to claim the gift.
Important: You will have 48 hours from the time of the claim to send the Group Gift to your team and they will then have another 48 hours to claim it. You must personally send the Group Gift and they must claim it.
