exclude group contribution points for unfinished boards

We are seeing some folks who will hit tiles on boards we are not going to finish in time just to get extra points.  Not a huge deal in the scheme of things, but please consider excluding any points for unfinished boards to discourage this kind of behavior :).  At least for inter-round boards -- the final round should count, just not the ones that reset.
