We've received reports about performance issues since 18.0 release. We just wanted to let you know that we are looking into it to see what's happening.

    Update : The team continues to investigate and work on the issue surrounding continued performance issues in the game.

    Hello everyone,
    We have just release update version 18.1 that includes a number of performance improvements. After updating please close out the game fully and restart your phone before playing.
    If after updating and restarting your device you continue to experience issues with game performance please follow all of the OS specific troubleshooting steps. Your device can greatly affect the game's performance.
    Android OS
    Should performance issues continue after following the Troubleshooting steps please send us an in-game support ticket.
    It is vital that you include as much detailed information about the issue you are experiencing, please include as much of the following information.
    • What is the issue
    • How frequently it is occurring
    • What you were doing leading up to the issue occurring
    • How long into a play session the issues began occurring
    • What areas of the game you visited in which order (Shop, LeaderBoard, Group Board Tasks, Chat, mission type etc). 
    • Date and Time in UTC or local date and time with local time zone
    This information will allow us to better investigate the situation.
