Weapon Mod Spotlight Event

The Rapid Reload and the Improved Draw mods will both be getting the spotlight treatment!

During this time, each Rapid Reload mod activated will give a 20% shorter reload time (instead of 15%) and each Improved Draw mod activated will give a 20% decrease in time for bow to reach full draw (instead of 15%).
