I am having the exact same issue and know this has been reported by a number of other players.

Several of my teammates cant get in to submit tickets....some cant travel to flares, some can.

One by one our team is getting knocked out of game and we can’t get in. Half our team in down right now. Started about an hour ago. We can kiss T5.2 goodbye 😭

The best is lots of flares up burning and not being able to play them..

@DirtyBridget they should be able to access from the error screen. If they are not able to then they can use the website support option which can be found here

@Martin_Miracle actually I closed those older threads most of which had responses from @NG_Filipe on them as they are older threads. It is helpful to keep comments related to the same issue on the same post so that it is easier to keep track of what is going on.

Hello guys,

Unfortunately there were some issues during early morning today. Please head over to the Shop, where you will find a Free compensation crate, containing 20 Energy and 1 Flare for Players above level 7. Make sure to claim it before Friday, August 7th 08:00 UTC!
