What is the "ACHIEVEMENTS" tab for?

I have a question about the achievements tab.
Can we get any rewards, like coins or cards, for completing these missions?

    It is only for your Google play account or whatever the iOS equivalent is. Unfortunately that is all.

    Oops....I get it. I was curious when a member of the Japanese OW community site asked me about it, but I'll tell him that it still doesn't make any sense.
