The game froze and my entire account was lost. I logged a support ticket when I couldn't fix it myself. Any idea how long it takes them to get back to you?
They are currently investigating this matter so unfortunately there isn't a turn around time for this specifically. Please do know that they are aware and will get back to everyone as soon as they can.
Oh I know that they respond no doubt there, I was just curious. Is this happening to more than one person or did you mean they are currently investigating my specific issue?

NG is aware of the issue and investigating. For right now let's allow them to take care of the first issue and then they will work on fixing this issue for everyone.
We need this challenge season extending by at least an extra day plus some descent compensation and if my account can’t be retrieved I will be leaving the game and claiming a huge amount of refunds. 🤬
Curios to know if it’s across iOS and Android or just one. I’m on iPhone, account problem. My son is on Android and another friend of mine in my group uses android, both accounts were fine. How bout the rest of ya?
