Glitch with combat crate

Purchased the combat crate. Didn't get any of the items. Tried again, but now I get an error message saying Duplicate purchase. You already own this item.

    @ZombieDearest You can reach out to support in game via a Support ticket and have them check on this, be sure to include as much detailed information as possible. 

    Do know that some purchases depending on the purchase method can take a while to fully complete.
