@Pekkis as things like account recovery and the group "ghost account" issues are being fixed compensation for some of the things players are looking to be compensated for like EOS are being handled. Once they are clear on what has been handled by those fixes they will be able to handle any additional compensation support tickets.
@DahliaTwo weeks a lot of words and nothing happens. Maybe I will have to seek help from the European Consumer Centers to get this matter moving forward.
