Is it a bug that the Legendary Store is missing from my store? I have 34 cards and want to spend them. I'm on an Android (app version 17.0.6.5647).

New Characters do not typically arrive in the Wild Card Shop in the season immediately following their release. Simon won't likely be in the shop until next season at the earliest.
