I do have only one level 18 legendary scout who lives in my Outpost. I bought the bundle for the gold and radios. If I had any interest in spending 2.73m XP to upgrade the weapon that I pulled (which I am not), it is not a bad option. This is a good value NG, thanks. Now offer us a legendary armour bundle.
Like I said before ppl who don't buy usually gold would buy cheap bundle like this one. I'm sure much more ppl bought this one compare to Maggie bundle.
Hope NG took good lesson today...
Add some 000,000 on there if you like but you get the point.
Your logic is sound. More people buy lower bundle, but the economics of it are in the numbers.
Plus, how much does it cost them to sell a bundle? Nothing...so every sale of any price is gravy for them. They makes sales and build tension with higher prices, then they unleash an explosion of purchases with the lower price. They win everyday.

Exactly. It cost nothing to create bundles. I my opinion cheaper bundles pleased more ppl. That's the way it is right?
"10 people buy $3 bundle awesome.
2 people buy $15 bundle, same awesome."
- 8 ppl are more happy if bundles cost $3. This is social game so overall happiness is important
NG can create bundle for $1000 I'm sure 1 ppl will buy it but it's not the point..
@Amiga I love cheap. I just don't think there is any such thing as "overpriced". The market determines the fairness of a price. If too high, customers are too few, if too low, customers too many (or too few due to perceived lack of quality depending on the product)
People complaining on the forum has literally nothing to do with pricing. The only thing they look at is sales data. If sales are high enough, they keep the same strategy. If too low, they rethink.
Do you agree that 10,000 forum complaints would be ignored in the face of 10,000 sales at the higher price point?

Think iPhone or some other tangible product being sold. Apple announces that the new version costs $1000 dollars. Many people get angry, so angry that 100 people stand outside of each of 50 store protesting the price, demanding that the price be cut 50%.
That is 5000 people that would purchase the phone if it were less. No sales to these people represents a loss of 2.5 million dollars (at the price they would have paid).
However, each store sells 1000 phones to other customers. Sales now equal 1 million dollars per store, so $50M total.
If they had bowed to the protesters and lowered the price, the total sales would have only equaled $27.5M (existing sales at half price + protester sales).
Listening to complaints instead of sales figures would cost them $22.5M in revenue.
On the other hand, if the figures were reversed to have only 5000 customers at the high price point and 50,000 protesters, the sales would be $5M, with $25M in lost sales due to price.
Opinions can have merit, but they have to be reflected in outcomes before they actually matter. Thus, complaints are only valid when borne out by the numbers.
I appreciate different viewpoints, I hope that you will think about this one.

Lol finding a scout is no problem, it's actually utilizing em that is. Heh 3 bench warmers for the hopes of getting a quest....
Strangely, I've had success using scouts while attacking outposts. I ran out of healthy guys and used my bench warmer scout to see what would happen. He did a good job taking care of the armored and tanks. Finished off the other guy's survivors after they were stunned. Pulled his weight on the team and didn't even get bruised. I was pleasantly surprised.

You should be able to...this is a "special" side bundle so to speak and shouldn't interfere with that
