    25% scrap is for total upgrade or last one?
    For example lvl 20 to 21 leg is 1.25kk so scrap only 300k?? That's will sucks :(

    Boosters: I think one of two things could be happening here. Either it will be a one time 24h event after the patch, or we'll be able to spend TG's to activate a booster at a time of our choosing.
    XP farming patch: About time.
    25% Upgrade XP kept from scrap: Awesome, should really, really help in practice.
    Outpost fixes: Big improvement!
    New maps are always a good thing too.

    I think they could have disabled access to Bluestacks and the like rather than getting rid of the cap.

    @blynknz maybe they considered farming in general to be an exploitive practice, not just the advantage taken by people who set it up to run all of the time. I tried to farm one of the levels twice...the one in someone's back yard where you block off the fence. I killed a couple thousand walkers and was highly unimpressed with the level of experience gained. Much more efficient to just run more levels.

    1500 TG are protected by the council? When I've been successfully raided, they have taken 10% of the total, not 10% of the amount over 1500.

    As far as I can tell, 90% of the TG are currently protected because they can only take 10%. Is this changing so they could take everything? Or is another kind of protection being discussed?

    Interesting.

    First a couple of points, I do spend money on the game, but not a ton. Probably bought most bundles and I come from the approach of kicking in a few bucks now and again is entertainment for me and NG needs to feed the people.

    Second, I passed on some recent things because of the cost - $2.99 and $4.99 I do not really think about, $9.99 and above I pause, coupled with the tremendous XPs required to upgrade things. I am sitting on hundreds of pieces of equipment that has not been upgraded at all, trying to just get a few pieces up there. And I did buy this recent $2.99 package even though it was for a scout :) Was happy on that one and NG making such offerings available, so I supported it.

    Third, NG ain't going to please everyone all the time.

    Fourth, people expressed excitement about these things

    Fifth, until this is actually out and playable, it is unclear if it works or not. But since people can be excited ahead of time (Point Fourth), the other side is not wrong at this time :)

    Sixth, the implementation of the Gas and XP booster can swing this completely. If it is something that you can do somewhat frequently at a reasonable cost, where you can acquire enough gold with going into pocket for the freemium players or with some cash if so inclined at a reasonable price (all of which is in the eye of the beholder) then the rest is not important. Basically if it is something that can be done every 10 days or so (for me) by just playing the game, seems to be a winner.

    All that being said -


    New in this update:
    - Collect the free radio bundle - Sounds like free radios when upgrade comes out +
    - Radio Calls Overhaul - Sounds like this can be cool +
    - New challenge mission: Suburbs - New Maps +
    - Improvements to existing challenge maps - Guess +, not something I particularly noticed.
    - Get a Gas booster - free Gas for 24 hours - Need to see implementation, could be amazing. One off, meh because XP whacked still
    - Get an XP booster - double XP for 24 hours Need to see implementation, could be amazing. One off, meh because XP whacked still
    - My Classes: Watch videos of your unlocked classes to master their skills and charge abilities - neutral for me, though I see + for people
    - New music while in combat - 2 new tracks added - there is sound in the game? I always play with sound off. See it as +

    AI Changes: - going to make Outposts and Challenges tougher. Not sure if really needed. The system is tough as is. But I am kind of neutural about this one.

    - Distance Field: melee units prefer to move closer and ranged prefer to be further away
    - Intelligent targeting: The AI now attempts to target multiple enemies if their weapons are capable of hitting more than one target
    - Fixed Cover AI: The AI uses cover in more intelligent ways

    Improvements:
    - Scrap XP - get 25% of upgrade costs back when you scrap equipment - XP costs are so extreme now, that for me this is really not going to improve things. It has been almost impossible to upgrade equipment as it is. 25% of lower costs offset things a bit, but without other changes the game is still daunting, especially with farming nerved. It is hard to knock the change itself, but in light of the fact that triple scrap events can occur by a flick of a switch and this problem has been mentioned for so long, a bit bummed.
    - Gas can now go over the max when received from rewards Nice, can squeeze out an extra mission or two that sometimes is lost with the cap
    - Connect to Game Center, Facebook or Google Play to unlock an achievement Not sure what this means.
    - Equipment auto-scrap limit raised to 300 items Not a huge change from 280. Really does not change anything
    - Improved matchmaking algorithm in PvP, provides better matches This was supposed to happen last time, guess it is positive.
    - Improvements to PvP Shield Hopefully it works, so +
    - Survivor class balance changes Not a fan. The assault improvement is nice. Bruisers will be plopped in outposts. Scouts are still scouts. I understand the hunter one grid cell is not huge, but why? Going to change things after 5,000 missions of hunters just about. Warriors and Shooters fine

    Fixes:
    - Fixed 0 Trade Goods and 0 Influence results in Outpost attacks As match-up or fixing 0s when complete?
    - Protection limit has been removed Not a fan. If I could nuke my outpost I would.
    - Exploit fix: After defeating 75 walkers, the amount of XP generated drops to 1 XP per kill. I farmed more than once. But it did get tiring after awhile. I couldn't even bring myself to farm this weekend event. I wanted to do that thing the guy with Glenn did. You know what I mean (no spoilers here ;) ) Farming however really is the only way to progress without spending tremendous amounts of money. I get the point of shutting down cheaters, but this is a tough one. Of course if the gas and XP boost is implemented more than a one off, then this is great. I much rather run missions to get XPs than deal with farming.
    - Fixed bugged walker in Helping Hand challenge mission That one was amusing
    - More informative error messages when bugs occur That was before also, no?
    - Unlocking guild & personal rewards at same time rewards you with both One click instead of two? +
    - If under attack, there is a special faq Unclear what this means. Outpost under attack or attack by walkers during missions?
    - When under attack, pop up informs you of the situation Outpost under attack or attack by walkers during missions?
    - Bandage / Overwatch fixes
    - Ending turn when bleeding with one AP left no longer both bandages the survivor and gives them Overwatch. Only bandaging happens now. Neutral
    - Fixed the issue where logging in when bleeding and with one AP left, the player was not able to tap the bandage -icon. Neutral
    - If bleeding Raiders do not use both APs, they will bandage themselves instead of going to overwatch. Neutral
    - Outpost fixes See above
    - Fixed 0 Trade Goods and 0 Influence results
    - Protection limit has been removed


    So overall, for me, this update is a slew of minor things that basically makes me shrug my shoulders and brace myself for the slew of issues that come with each update. We know the drill, no big deal. Not happy with the hunter downgrade, but use assaults a lot, so I will survive. The farming nerf stinks for many people, though I really got so tired of it that I barely do it. The scrap XP is a nice start but probably does not really change the XP balance issue much at all. The most important thing though is - IF the booster of Gas and XP is implemented more than a one off and can be used periodically, and not just once or so rare as to have no impact, the XP imbalance issue drops a great deal and the cut-off to farming as the method to stop the cheaters also is a non-issue.

    I guess I read that wrong, the gas and xp booster for 24 hours I thought it meant you'd get those boosters for 24 hours after the update goes live. Everyone seems to think it's something more. And farming for xp is such a unefficient way to get xp. You get very little in return for your time. With this update it seems you'll get more xp in return easier than farming.

    Looks good overall. Interested to see how the radio calls work. No mention of council upgrade, or survivor level upgrade, so it looks like max is still 19. A least the upgrades I did over the weekend to my team will last. That and (correction) no more temptation to farm.

    yea mostly all sounds good & i have 1 weapon maxed so thats not gonna help cause of stupid high prices for upgrades.. i cant just fork money over whenever i feel like it.. i need to farm for my xp, even though its boring as heck but i do get an enjoyment out of killin the zombies... this xp fix will have to see what happens... but it seems to lean towards the pay to play ppl...

    oh & what about us that have reached max food storage what are we gonna be done about that im tired of seeing upgrade storage supply & 96% of TG gold crates ive opened this weekend had 26000 or more food what a waste of TG

    Yeah, each time it was "Urgh" I am guessing I am losing close to 700,000 a day at least. My farms are all maxed, and with mission gold and silver crates and TG gold crates. If I could pass excess onto guild mates that would take sting out a bit, especially since gift function is gone.

    @Dale if you have less than 1500 TG currently, none can be taken from you. If you have 1501, 10% are up for grabs.

    Going forward, sounds like no level of TG will be safe. I like it.

    Well, that's not protecting 1500 TG, is it? No matter; it seems to be a moot point now.

    No it will be more nuke worthy now because you will have people raiding you for 3 crates because you left 30 out after this update. Enjoy being at each other's throats even more now everyone.

    - It's actually the same change, it just happened between updates so it is communicated in this update's release notes. When you reach 300 pieces of equipment, it is auto-scrapped to 280.
    - This is a bug fix. Earlier, if completing a mission meant you unlocking both a guild and a personal reward, you only received one. Now you correctly receive both.
