So my uncommon 15/19 scout with interrupt I rescued is now worth keeping, I guess..........

Nooo, I've just recently retired one of my epic survivors I really liked because of his very low level. :'(

I mean... It's great and all, really nice change, but... I wish I had known that a week sooner.

How about a 'comeback' event? “Un-retire“ one of your survivors... Or let us choose survivors' looks so I can get my Victor back. I'd even pay gold or radios to be able to do that (select a look, I mean).

Yes, any existing survivors that are retired will now give tokens of that class instead of XP. Retire a hunter - get hunter tokens and so on.

Hmm, question here: how about upgraded survivors?
Like my lvl 16-20 uncommon warrior is worth 7k xp while my maxed out leg 18-18 warrior is worth 763.65k XP. Do they give more tokens?
    @eetu @Teeceezy

I don't like to quote myself, but this q is very important to me. o:)

Amount of tokens will be depend on rarity and lvl.
So yes. You will get much more for legendary.

Strange question. "do they gives more tokens"? Who gives more tokens??
Like I said. You will get more tokens for legendary... and less for uncommon. Everything depends on lvl and rarity.
If it isn't answer for your question then I give up.. ;)

Srsly, did you read, what I wrote? xD

    "how about upgraded survivors?"

Edit: I only added rarity and lvl, because the XP values I mentioned are effective numbers. I don't own unleveled x/18 legs or other uncommons for comparison reasons^^

Currently a 18/18 leg gives more XP than a 13/13 leg. After 1.10 both will give same amount of tokens? If yes, it's no good. :)

Answer is the same... More tokens. Everything depends on lvl.. :)

@tamb yes if you want to keep him it can be upgraded to aLEGENDARY it may take a while but you can i would think you would be able to call a better scout than uncommon pretty easy but if you like that one any survivor is upgradable to legend now Orr will be soon but the lvl 20 want matter anymore because every survivor will be able to upgrDe to 20 even 25 or whatever as you upgrade your training grounds to that lvl to train them

Hmm, are you sure, that two survivors with the same level, one drawn with it, one upgraded to it, give the same amount of XP currently?

    Edit: for weapons, it's different.

No @Tam8 upgraded gives more xp because you spent more xp. The same will be with tokens.
I thought it's clear for you.

But that's different from what you said before: "Everything depends on lvl and rarity." ...

I simply asked for clarification (you can see the quoted part in my first request). I'm not sure if I want only tokens instead of XP and further it's crucial how they exchange XP for tokens.

...because it was obvious to me that upgraded are worth more ;)
I didn't know that you are not aware of it.
Finally we have answer to your question. Hurra!

I learned, that "obvious to me" is not "obvious to everyone". So I try not say sth is obvious, if it's not stated.
And believe me: many times, it's not. ;)

And there are follow up questions (as mentioned above your post).

Maxing (useless) survivors and keeping them is a kind of XP silo, which you can ill fast on upgrade weekends+XP/Gas bundle).

Scraping gear for parts will also remove frustration of getting annoying low level gear in low level challenges. I understand that you'll need to scrap tons of low level gear to be able to upgrade high level, but still.

What about the lost xp for retiring? It will take longer to upgrade now

Transformers: Earth Wars, only players used on the battlefield gain the xp similar to old skool games Final Fantasy rather than collecting xp and spending it on any player. Clearly can't be implemented on this game now but perhaps if there is a ever a Walking Dead 2....just food for thought

The thrill of being lucky to get those legendaries with radios is over. As long as you spend coin to get XP all your survivors will reach max stats. Money speaks louder.

Edit: I think this game was balanced between payers and non-payers because it didn't mattered how much money you spent on the game, you had to be lucky to get good chars. Now big spenders will be the ones gaining advantage with this update, as the gap between spenders and non-spenders will largely increase. This game is free, so who am I to complain for something free. But in my opinion, this update will destroy the chances of non-payers to climb in the ranks. Sadly I may say. :-(

Awesome! I was about to retire a boat load of my low level capped surviors! My only question is will you guys eventually do this for maxed level weapons and gear? I have some stuff with traits I like, but could use a bump up in level as well.

Thanks for listening to all of our input!
