They getting more inventive explaining the constant damage decrease;)
Get ready here it comes:
"The damage was calculated incorrectly in the surivor info screen and showed the wrong value in the previous version of the game. The combat damage has not been modified. So, this was only a visual bug that has been fixed"
Great honest review @Poppy I agree massive let down by NG, I was one of the players who said to don't turn into a yes man and you haven't mate game is running its course I think PAY TO HAVE FUN what a joke
So no one has mentioned the elephant in the room (sorry, RNC..). Which character (not Carl) isn't included as a 'hero' and does that mean we now know their fate via Negan...?

There is quite a bit of the main cast not listed there. Morgan, Eugene, Sasha, Rosita and Aaron were not listed so last season's ending is still a cliff hanger.
@DarkFae Morgan and Carol weren't with the main group. Aaron and Rosita don't have a designated weapon. Eugene barely fights.

True Morgan was mentioned cause he is part of the main cast. Aaron should be a shooter cause he uses a gun and Rosita has been featured with an Assault riffle several times and gave lesson on how to use a machete and has been seen with a gun like the one she pointed at Abraham, so yeah they do have weapons
And Eugene attended that machete lesson and had a machete when he finally remembered he had balls and tried to kill that walker with Abraham during their trip to the abandoned factory. Or they could make Eugene a biter lols....

I think I'm done with the game. NG just keeps on pulling all the fun out of the game. They have not fixed a single bug that was out there and what the community really needed to be fixed. Making the game more complicated than needed and hugely increasing the need for radios which we can now generously buy for a wicked price.
This game was Free to play and pay if you like. Now it is free to play and pay to enjoy. Thanks, but no thanks. I don't need that.
I hope you do not quit, man. Who else is gonna hand me enigmatic comments on soccer? :-)
@Shadowkeeper@OldGoth said there would be other ways to earn tokens, still no info on that?

I don't think the update was bad quite honestly , most of the stuff people are pissed at are to do with new stuff that we didn't have yesterday (although Darryl should not have defensive stance as his 5th trait , boggles my mind it wasn't luck) but most are pissed at stuff that could have been cleared up with proper update notes. Sounds like most of the crew are on summer vacation , but both of the last 2 updates have came with unexplained changes and still some from the previous update haven't been explained. Learn from the past please NG , this game doesn't come with an instruction manual . . I'm still seeing dozens of posts from people complaining about damage nerfs when nothing was nerfed and I had to do damage control for my guild again when people freaked out about their survivor damage being nerfed..
One hope I have is that the jackpot radio pulls people are getting to unlock hero's in one shot , will continue to be possible after the hero is unlocked .. that would make upgrading them to max much more possible
I understand it's a play2pay styled game but this latest update is just using actual characters from the show to build hype for what amounts to a shameless cash grab. I hate to come off as cynical but I gotta call a spade a spade. On top of that there is the huge decrease in existing survivors damage/resistance points. They say it was just a visual bug that was modified which is BS. My whole guild has noticed the drastic decline of the legendary characters we've worked so hard to improve. I could go on but I think most get my point. Starting to feel a bit insulted at this point.
@JBreeze38 I feel you on your first point absolutely , but the visual bug thing is correct. Before the update before last that added the player token system , survivors added damage from the marksman and lethal traits weren't calculated into the overall damage , they just put it back to the way it was , you're still getting the damage bonuses , they just don't reflect in the totals. They definitely should have been more forthcoming about this though , I know for a fact they have lost at least a couple of players over just this and a couple is too many over a misunderstanding ....
@Poppy I would love to see you make a movie of the dodgefest in the outposts! So poeple can see how every attack gets dodged all the time! I'm not able to make screenmovies on my iphone, otherwise i would have done it already myself..
Cause that is a big turn down for me personally, don't know your feelings about that, but maybe we feel the same way too..
New features of a game are great. When its made so these new features rely on the an already limited source of supply (tokens via radio's) it's not so great. When these features are mixed into a "bag" of sorts making tokens regarding survivors that were introduced in 1.10 it makes it annoying.
I wonder how many people have chosen to accept 8 tokens for glenn instead of 128 tokens (or a usable epic character) for an actual survivor that they can upgrade? Still no additional free ways to earn tokens.
Oh... and now we can't train a survivor thats in an outpost and it costs 250 instead of 120 tokens to upgrade an epic to legendary.
But at least we have heroes with defensive stance so there's that... smh

I have to agree with the popular opinion that this game has been transformed into far too much of a profiteering venture. This update has great additions. Heroes, which are actual characters from the tv show are a valuable enhancement to the game (one that actually should have been in place with the game's original launch), but clearly it will take an exorbitant amount of radios to unlock them, just as it already does to upgrade current team members. I understand that it makes sense to design the upgrade system in a manner that requires players to invest time. It wouldn't be very rewarding to give everything away. But it also shouldn't take a small eternity for a player to build up their camp and make the game enjoyable (or feasibly playable). And we shouldn't be left with the prospect of taking on a second job to buy more radios and pay for a video game. I really liked this game from the start, but things have really gotten out of hand with the in app purchases. I would rather pay $10 or maybe even $20 up front before downloading than to keep forking over money on a weekly basis to keep playing NML. I'm guessing there are just far too many players out there who are doing this, otherwise we wouldn't continue to see these high priced "bundles" every single day. Personally, I have purchased xp and gas boosters, as it is fair to contribute some funds to a freely downloadable game that is fun to play, but does anyone honestly expect players to spend $50 or more for an app? What a colossal embarrassment to this industry and mankind. Surely adopting a different strategy of implementing more reasonably priced bundles and boosters would widen the player base, still yield company profits, maybe even more so, and also avoid frustrating players before they finally decide to throw up their hands and walk away from playing entirely. The status quo is a poor business plan: let's see how much we can get the suckers to spend on the Governor's rifle today. Maybe this is all a summer strategy to counter a seasonal profit dip. I don't know. But there are other games to play that don't annoyingly put a vice on people's wallets at all hours of the day. I hear Pokemon Go is fun to play. I don't think they offer $100 radio bundles. Hmm . . . I guess what bothers me most of all is that this game could be really fun to play, but it's just not being handled correctly. And people don't play games when they're not fun. That's the whole point.

Wow...very straight forward! Wouldn´t had expected that
Yeah why is that necessary? The attack and defense was just modified. Why again. My lv 22 pistol that I spent so much time to upgrade is now bac

Excellent video critique of where the game now stands. Really well done.
