Train button disappeared

I can't train my scout. I've restarted the app several times with no luck. Any suggestions @Teeceezy? The button isn't there.

Is your survivor a defender for outpost? 2.0 changed it where outpost defenders can't be trained. Move your survivor out of outpost to train.
