There is sadly no max council increase in 2.1. We're looking at adding it for 2.2, if we can. We really want to do more with it - council levels after the next one will hopefully be more exciting and impactful.
The change to luck will be in 2.2 if we get it done, but we're all optimistic about it. As I mentioned earlier, the current goal is to continue to allow double Luck and Dodge to remain effective, but we'll be making changes to the amount the Luck contributes in order to keep the strategy from being over-powerful.
Exploding walkers will be an interesting opponent for both melee and ranged survivors. I can imagine the warriors shouting out "Watch where you point that thing!" when the Exploders are around.
The economy changes are aimed at helping mid-level players to keep upgrading at a reasonable rate, and to decrease the amount that the upgrade pace slows. Hopefully, some other minor quibbles about some of the annoying parts of the reward structure are cleared up as well.
I'll ask what happens to stored crates. I think the contents are generated when the crate is created, not when it is opened.

It sounds like once a day you have to make a radio call (presumably of any type) to get a free (single) radio call. I think that may be what "queue an additional one for you, on top of your latest call" means.
Bad Pig Bad to the bone! The Notorious P.I.G. "I'm stuck in forum prison, and time keeps draggin' on" "I’ve never said I’m a perfect pig, nor pretended to be someone that I’m not."
ohhh wait i forgot... there r 14 different tokens... so never mind, let's just say it would take several years to upgrade a leg survivor to 6 stars with 1 free radio call.
Those that do not appreciate the small, are not worth the big at all.
If you don't like it, don't use it. Suit yourself. But crapping on a free gift is bad form. If you'd be my guest at my home and you crapped on my offer of cookies like that, you'd be pointed straight to the door. Or in TWD slang, you're welcome to look at the flowers.
@MadPuppy relax lol just stating what's up ahead, plus why would i be your guest at your house when i can go to carol's house and enjoy her delicious cookies.
I think we start a thread after 2.1 "Show the awesomeness you get from the free radio call" Even if the Leg rate of a 1 radio call is 0.5, that's 1 for every 2000 players a day. So lets say there are 50k players (???), thats 25 Legs being given out a day. Same with tokens. There will be a lot of people where they will get something.
Sure you as a player may have to wait on average 200 days to get a Leg, but as a collective, there will be a lot given.
Maybe combine grenadier with bruiser? Would love to use exploding zombies offensively as a AOE damage source
Simplified Chinese is the standard global not Traditional 10x the population vs traditional. China, Singapore etc use Simplified. Take a look at clash Chinese. It's simplified.
It would be stupid to make a call to get 1 call extra free
That's why free daily call will exist to help ppl without the phones....
I can't disagree with you, but I'm having trouble figuring out what else "queue an additional one for you, on top of your latest call" might mean.
Bad Pig Bad to the bone! The Notorious P.I.G. "I'm stuck in forum prison, and time keeps draggin' on" "I’ve never said I’m a perfect pig, nor pretended to be someone that I’m not."
The free daily calls will have a minimal baseline rate, but we'll turn up the frequency or quality occasionally for events. We will be able to make them accumulate, but the basic idea is that we want you to come back every day to get another. The math is essentially correct - even if the odds are low, the most basic daily calls equal a huge number of tokens and heroes awarded every day. You won't have to make a call in order to get a freebie, nor will this affect the radio drop rate from any other sources.
It's just free stuff. I hope you like free stuff.
Thanks to the idea from this thread, we are now testing yet another addition to the new trade shop [hopefully ready for 2.1] that will let you do something with all those supplies you have and can't use because you are at max council level. This is exactly the kind of thing I was hoping to be able to do by connecting with the forums, and we put the basic idea together in a day. I really want to stress that this is happening because you asked for it, and because we agree that it's a good idea. It won't always be so easy for the stars to align that we can be so responsive, but it's a great win when it does happen. Go Team!
The Daily Quest timer is simply letting you know when the next one is coming. We have bigger changes to this coming in 2.2 [knock wood] that will make them much more impactful, and hopefully enjoyed by everyone, even non-challenge-focused players. More on that in a month or so as we are finalizing 2.2.
The next couple of days are pretty packed for me, and the office in general. I have to go make some PowerPoint slides. I love PowerPoint. That last sentence was definitely not sarcasm. I'm never sarcastic.
I might be a bit quiet until Monday, but I hope we have given you lots to chew on until then.

The daily quest timers sound like a good addition. One thing I've noticed about quests that can get a bit frustrating is that it's ONLY every 24 hours if you open up your game at the exact same time each day. For example, let's say I opened up my game at 1 PM yesterday and a new quest appeared. If I'm busy today and don't open my game until 2 PM today, then I have to wait until at least 2 PM tomorrow to get my next quest, which is frustrating. Rather than adding a timer, can't you just automate quests so that a new one appears at 12 PM UTC every day? I shouldn't be punished with waiting and getting fewer quests just because I can't open the game at EXACTLY the same time every day.
I know users on the forum have asked about timers/trackers for a number of other items that I hope NG can consider. In particular: - An inventory tracker that counts and lets you know how many items you currently have. Would be very clutch for those of us trying to avoid auto-scrap. - A cinema tracker. I try to time my missions, challenges, etc. very strategically so that I can maximize the quality/quantity of my extra crate unlocks. It would be great if we could have a timer and tracker that indicates "Time left until next batch of videos" and "Number of extra video unlocks remaining."
The costumes have been recreated from specific show moments, as signified by their season tags. Rick has multiple outfits available from different seasons. We not only watch the episodes, we take a ton of screenshots and dissect them for new gear, locations, walkers, signature lines, etc.
They are indeed very accurate and I love them... Keep them coming @OldGoth ❤️
