    Thank you SO much for the summay at 5:35. Very clutch for people that can't watch video with sound at the moment.

    It's great that you can no longer lose TG. I have always been incentivized to spend my TG on gold crates immediately to keep my stash low. My guys are only level 17 and my walkers are around level 15, yet I'm in one of the higher tiers so my Outpost is an easy target.

    I have a question about the new reward system. If you have to raid the box for TG and kill all defenders for influence, what do you get for taking down the flag...? Is this change designed to prevent entry-point raiding?

    How I have had a hard time sometimes to hold on to that stuff long enough to buy that crate I wanted. Getting raided just when I almost had enough.

    I like all these changes especially not losing trade goods. I've spent well over 15k on phones over the last few weeks but I always bought 3k crates because I didn't want to lose any by getting raided.

    When I was saving for my 15k phone crate I got raided multiple times. Especially when my TG bank got bigger. They ook me for 1000+ TG a couple times before I managed to get it over 15k.

    That was one of the few times I got to raiding others btw, to get that last 500 or so TG to quickly spend it all.

    How are you supposed to get all 3 srvrs charged up if there are no spawns until the gate is opened?
    I usually wait for one or two spawns before opening the gate

    Did I understand the info correctly?

    Sounds that way to me too.
    I already found outposts hard (and I feel like I'm the only one in this though :) )
    Now it sounds like they will be harder still
    But we'll have to see how it plays out. Maybe it's not too bad.
    Pretty sure it calls for a strategy change though.

    Looking forward to update, hopefully it doesn't get all messed up. But sounds like now we get to fight and no more cowardly acts of stealing flags/tg and fleeing. But for non-outpost players their Tg is safe from raids, so that won't screw them over. I enjoy pvp so I will plan to raid a lot more.

    @JayZ Glad that summary at the end helped out.

    As for your question, I cannot say for sure what you will get as I need to ask first. However when you get the flag, you can open the gate and when you have opened the gate you can kill the saviors for influence and loot the Crate for TG. Everything is kinda connected to some extent.

    I also need to ask if the influence will be split between the 3 saviors or you have to kill them all to get it.

    @painclasher Thanks. I guess my main question was whether the flag (and entry point raiding) will actually earn you any influence or TG.

    My understanding is capturing the flag awards nothing but allows you to exit at that point without losing influence yourself.

    They took it out to stop the unsporting conduct going on of been rewarded for just capturing the flag and quitting with little risk.

    If they are using English correctly, then the line "Threat triggers only once on the turn after the gate is opened." means a change to one specific thing: the number of times a threat is triggered after the gate is opened.

    It doesn't mean changes to triggering threats before the gate is opened. Threats are added every time a ranged attacker shoots with a normal attack.
    If there are no walkers before the gate, then why even have a flag you have to raise before being able to open the gate?

    Presently, every time I shoot a regular shot after I open the gate, I trigger another walker threat. So the next wave is pretty large and I'm always concerned about the walkers coming in from behind. Maybe that's what is being reduced.

    I know I will be in the minority, but I actually dislike that you don't lose TG.
    I like the change that you only get TG from inside the crate, behind the defenders. That makes sense, but it still should have been stolen.
    If it was really that bad, then make it that the defender loses 5% of the TG & NG tops it up the rest.

    Just wondering, if the TG is no longer really taken from the defenders, will the amount of TG still be based on their TG hoard, or will the TG reward be standardized in some way.

    Actually the other thing with the flee.
    I still believe if you flee, then the enemy get 1 more turn before you go. Especially now if you don't have to sacrifice someone in outposts.

    @JayZ Nope the flag won't give you anything. With this change NG is preventing the "get the flag and flee cases".

    After this update "If someone gets the flags down and flees, they won’t gain any influence or TG and defender will lose nothing."

    @theRealBender I know the wording of that sentence may be a bit quirky however the real meaning is this: "You fight through the walkers causing threat (depending on style) and opening the gate will trigger their spawn. This is the only wave that will spawn during the raid."

    If you flee, then you get no more moves right? Then if the enemy kills one of your survivors on the turn, is there a benefit for the defender? Defender cannot take away any parts you have completed right? I don't know why the enemy gets to complete the turn ....

    No, no difference to the defender (maybe they could give something to the defender, maybe an equipment crate)
    But, if you are a pussy and fleeing, then the enemy should get 1 extra turn.

    Let's say you run into their camp. You use your first 2 survivors, and maybe things didn't go well. You didn't kill/stun the defenders, and you know you are probably going to get screwed.
    So you flee with no disadvantage.

    If you flee, you should be penalised. Maybe nothing will happen. They could all be in defense mode, and the walkers are too far away. But there should still be a penalty.

    I don't see that as cowardly
    When you are trying to grab TG's only without taking any damage, it's a good move to raid the first section and leave
    Especially with all the insane dodging going on
