How many phones are you hoarding?

I am looking for a reason to blow through my 531 phones and was wondering how many phones other people are hoarding and for what reason?

I didnt spend my phones because of the 2-8 token legendary drops and since they "fixed" it, am waiting for a reason to spend them

    It was in one of the threads... Can't recall which one now.

    Thursday - 1 minute gas on challenges
    Friday - The Horde
    Saturday - 15 radio calls discounted to 10 radios
    Sunday - TG Store discounts
    Monday - 1 minute gas refills

    I have 120+, not too many. Hope to get many more from the horde. :wink:

    My plan is to continue hoarding for 2.2 and see what the new traits are and how the existing traits are rebalanced. However, I'll probably crumble and give at least a few reduced cost 15 calls (maybe 5?) to see if I can get lucky.

    @Rustysmith16 - some of the content creators (video people) have submitted videos on the events for the rest of the week.

    of course. How did I know it was going to happen.
    I had 500, and anything above that I used. I decided very recently to burn through them. And now they have this event.
    So my 30 calls could have been 45 :(

    I've been on the spend them as I get them mode for a while. Saved them for a possible anniversary event, so I've got 65 right now.

    Saturday is ritualistic burn my radio's day. I mean: a 50% markup is more than I ever would have expected. If this had been a betting game, I'd bet those odds will not soon make a reprisal.

    Absolutely zilch ever since the token system came out,.. Make a call as soon as I hit 15, I am genuinely looking forward the herd event and hoping to catch a few to take a slice of the reduced calls,.. Nice, tho a prior warning may have helped me save,
    Then again,.. It probably wouldn't

    Come to think of it, those who hoard hundreds or thousands of phone and live with green/blue survivors, yet can make it in challenges to 300+ stars, probably have no need for legs at all?

    I always try to keep ~ 100 on hand, for just such an event. The weekend event has me at ~ 320, so I will burn through until I have ~100 again.
