Critical Hit calculation

Even as a senior player I can't answer this, can somebody please make an example for me how to calculate the chance of a critical hit ?
What is the base chance that a critical hit can happen ?
How does luck add/multiply with it ?
How does Daryl "extra 8% chance for critical hit" add/multiply with it ?
How does Accurate add/multiply with it ?
and optional how does sure shot add/multiply with it.

You will notice that you still get body shots against walkers 10+ levels below your survivor, but it doesn't show as a "body shot" since half your regular damage is still enough power to kill the Walker.
But, when the Walker is 4 or more levels above the survivor the "innate probablility" of a critical chance is something like -100%, which makes the chance of a critical shot impossible. I can't point out enough times how stupid NG is for making a probability less than 0. It makes their other math errors way more understandable.
I do not know if when the new Piercing trait activates, if that opens up the possibility of a critical attack. Piercing is supposed to work on every level of Walker.
As for the actual answer to your question, I've done some tracking and research, but I'm giving up on analyzing it since it's from a while back, and who the fuck really knows since they change shit all the time.

I have a level 21 survivor that has a damage output of around 4200, and when she crits vs a level 21 walker, she only does about 5500 damage? Shouldn't she be doing around 6500?
What's up with that?
