Guild Management Tools

I have an idea for a very simple 'bang for the buck' change that I believe would help many guilds with their weekly guild management. Many guild families have developed and grown over time where s single 'guild family' might consist of 3, 4, 5 or more individual guilds. I assume that many guilds look at players' star production in order to determine who gets promoted to the 'A' team etc. Currently, this is a very clunky, manual time consuming process. Here's what I propose - allow a guild leader and elders to download a very simple CSV file that provides the data needed. The most simple file would look like this:
PLAYER NAME, TOTAL STARS
You could get fancy and include other data elements like bonus stars, stars per challenge map, etc... but at least the player name and total stars would be needed. Yes, I realize that this wouldn't affect a huge portion of players, but it would increase the 'quality of life' for those who manage large organizations. Also, the resources needed to create a 2 data field CSV file are minimal to say the least. If your guild has a similar process and this would help out, feel free to like/agree comment etc. What do you say, @Shteevie, any chance? This isn't asking to see how the sausage is made... it's just a simple two data field tool to help with guild management.

Everyone’s got two wolves inside them. One is anger, envy, pride. The other…truth, kindness. Every day they tear each other apart.
But it’s not the better wolf that wins. It’s the one you feed.

That forum is the dry hump of forums.
These are the kinds of features I have on my wishlist for guild functionality. I'm going to try to get them to you later this year.

Expanding guild chat to include all guilds in a 'family' would also be extremely helpful. Some great thoughts in this thread.

I've developed a google spreadsheet that automates the sorting based on scoring rules that we have developed.
We use Slack to communicate movements across all members. When 24 hours remain in a challenge we collect screenshots and post current scores for general information.
At the end of a challenge 8:00 AM my time on monday mornings we repeat the process. I usually have all scores collected and input into my spreadsheet by 8:30 AM.
From that point the spreadsheet calculates all rankings, determines who moves where allowing me to make adjustments based on players who need to take breaks, or to force a player into a certain guild for any number of reasons (they had a low score because their mother died and had to step away for the week). Once the gulid leadership team approves any out of the normal movements or special requests.
This process is pretty simple upto this point but time consuming.
A download of data would make this more automated from my stand point.
An example www.nextgames.com/nomansland/guild=1a37283b where 1a37283b is a code found in the guild info tab inside the game so that only people with said code can access guild scores it would stay static until the guild leader refreshes it (only available to leader).
The following are the fields i would like to see in the download.
GuildName, PlayerLevel, PlayerName, Map1Score, Map1Bonus, Map2Score, Map2Bonus, Map3Score, Map3Bonus, Map4Score, Map4Bonus, Map5Score, Map5Bonus, Map6Score, Map6Bonus
The data would be available for download from the time a challenge starts to when the next challenge starts and then refreshes for current challenge. I don't care about historical scores at all, but some people might, i store all historical scores by matter of practice and to predict where players may score.
The one in game tool that i would love is for guild leaders/elders to send invites to players who are not in another guild. This would greatly enhance our ability to move players between our 5 guilds. I would not recommend a search function but just a text/submit box that sends invite if player is not in a guild.
My wish is to have the guild movements done quickly and seamless so the guild leaders/elders can get on with their day.

But that is great to hear about guild chat being upgraded in the future.
However if you are looking at amending the guild dynamics @Shteevie could you please consider increasing the leaderboards from 50 to 100?
Also the ability to view the date that the player joined the guild would be nice especially for those that value loyalty and longevity over star counts.
Just saying it.
A radio can always be used.
Maybe a guild extension will be added in the next update.
