Thank you. Yeah, we found two numbers. I just know from my guild mate @spondo1212 that he called with "Carolin" from the Google support and he had no success to get a refund. "Carolin" said that in this case Google can't refund it, also not out of goodwill.
So i just hope that @Shteevie gives us any compensation tomorrow, that i don't have to call or go to my bank.
And right now it's 3 am in germany and i really should sleep.

I don't understand rule 7 applying here, because I believe it's company information I am requesting. Example contact John Doe at .... department manager of sales etc. I am asking for that information not personal information like addresses of homes, That is personal information.
@Julialicious - You won't have any luck with google play. When interrupt was nerfed I know many people in two top guilds that got refunds from Apple. Everyone in those same two guilds had no luck with Android. Your best bet is to contact your bank first thing in the morning. Good luck

I thought it was working as intended since we had the rare one to play with for a month. After using it and seeing how amazing it was, I bought the legendary. Of course immediately some people had issues of wrong traits and were given second legendary for free. That is what I brought up. The fact that some people had 3-4 reckonins while some people had 0-2 and I suggested they be made more readily available. i.e. TG shop, from crates, more purchases, etc. I don't see how suggesting people be able to get more reckonins has anything at all to do with it being flawed and needing fixed. I think everyone who purchased it should get a refund. I truly believe we did not get what we paid for and I'm as outraged as anyone. If they felt it was too powerful and needed fixed that's fine. But that needed to be discovered before we paid real money for it. If they truly only discovered THEIR error today, then they should've gladly given a full refund of the reckonin.
Hmm this should have really being announced prior to the legendary version going on sale you know guys. Thought you had got away from these shenanigans.
Unfortunately we only discovered this issue after the Rufus Bundle had gone on sale.
Since it has a "bomb effect", why would it matter if it has a "body shot effect". It's not like a body shot from a gun. It's a bomb. Doesn't matter if it's a body shot or not. Zombie goes boom. So I think this fix is rediculous. Plus, why is it that if I throw a bomb at a zombie, and he's got one standing next to him, but in the shadow, it doesn't blow him up. If we're going for realism can you fix this?
That last line in @walker_say_what 's post is spot on. They (NG reps) have fully admitted it was an error, and they say they just found their error today... great, mistakes happen, refund people. It's pretty simple.

Sorry if I misrepresented what your comment was, what I meant is that the conversation was created by you and others about the weapon (the additional item that some received, not nerfing the weapon), which eventually led to the issues with the weapon that were seen.
The point being that the conversation was not in a vacuum, and players are represented by more then one guild as suggested.
Conquer members should post their opinions here about weapons before we buy or upgrade them. If they hate them, we'll know they may be nerfed or fixed or whatever, and can plan our purchases accordingly. (Yes, I'm joking)

Attention All, I was denied a refund from Google, they said its been more than 48 hours since my purchase. I said, well yes, but the cause for my request was a change that happened TODAY.
Didn't matter, they said no, it was the Developers responsibility after 48 hrs.

it's interesting that 99% of the players and guilds are okay with the reckoning and that 1% of the players and a *GUILD* doesn't like it. i had my suspicions and NG shoulda said it sooner so the 99% of players and guilds won't even buy this nerfed reckoning water bottle.

comeon..... generalizing.. ?! based on "guild"... I've been vocal about the change earlier today and I liked the weapon; I bought the legendary one as well and paid to get it upgraded because of the no bodyshots! I liked it! .... and Im in Conquer.
Alongside the 1 min gas; I hope we can at least get some food exchange this weekend! Many of my mates are maxed out and its hurts to see them food go to waste.
That's kind of you @WeekOne. The problem though isn't that google play doesn't have a support line contact numbers, but that they absolutely refuse to issue any refunds for in game purchases under any condition. their response is "take it up with the game creator". And NG is saying "take it up with google". Basically no one on android will take accountability for ripping off customers.
Hmmm few months ago I received refund from other game for ingame purchase without any problems from Google. Something changed in this matter ?
It all would be ridiculous if this game was only to be played for free / fun.
BUT
NG sold something with special characteristics and players (not me) paid just for this. Maybe after the sale NG got the information that something was wrong (not as intended), they are not to change it easily because it’s sold the way it is. And it’s about something essential, the power of this weapon.
There are only two ways to change it. 1) Asking the paying players, if they are fine with the coming changes. If it’s OK to them, everything is fine. 2) Taking back the wrong one, doing refund and sell the right one in the shop.
It seems it’s not the first time that the power of a weapon was downgraded after sale. In view of this experience, NG should test more before anything is sold. Multiple disappointed customer confidence can be fatal.
So NG, please take a clear position, clean up the problem and prevent us from something like this happening again by doing good job in developing and testing.

This is a fantastic read, especially when @SlickRick comes out of his hiding spot and explains to players who felt slighted how to gain a refund. To be honest, I have never upgraded or used the Reckonin'. I think NG is missing an opportunity here. They could have easily kept the no body shot in and just decreased the original damage of the weapon. Having a weapon which a unique trait and still on par with similar weapons are what players are looking for. Every weapon, especially when purchased, shouldn't be the same.
Personally I just want to emphasize the main issue that I am having with all of this, before it gets lost. The reckoning (rare one from TG store) gave me a new positive vibe in regarding to tactical gameplay. Was really refreshing to use it instead of the mostly “shoot em up” arcade style of play on high RSL after the last trait balancing. The reckoning gave me a good old reminder of how fun the game can be again. Please come up with a simple innovative solution asap to improve tactical gameplay again. TWD show got me into the game, tactical diversity is what made me stay for a year with this game.
One weapon in whole game without BS would not destroy game balance..Come on NG Now this whole Rufus is totally useless. Molotov without BS is freaking amazing idea!! Sorry.. "was" ;((( and I didn't even try it.. Bullock Of course if Reckoning could be used only by Rufus.

I'm playing free. So I have no reason to complain. It irritated me, however, when the hunting rifles, which had been upgraded by hard work, were shortened within range, and suddenly pistols had the greatest range. So NG should better think three times instead of twice if changes are to be done.

Well said sir. I don't believe it was your intent to decieve us but you and your staff should realize that we purchased the product that you put out. We made a conscience choice to spend hard earned money based on how your product worked for the last month. You and your team should recognize that good faith and should have left the weapon alone to those who purchased it. We paid extra to have it (not faulting those who do not pay) but I am sure your team does not work for free. You guys lost a lot of fan base here. You can still fix it by returning it back to what we purchased, but it seems your team would rather think that this item breaks all the balance out of the game. It really does not. This situation could have been managed much better.
That being said, would you consider returning the weapon to the specs we purchased? I guarentee that you would see much more positivity amongst your players than the negativity you have seen today. Will you do that or just let you supporters remain discouraged un unappreciated?
Agreed 100% you could have handled this waaaaaay better @Teeceezy in fact what was a relatively easy fix is now a nightmare and you get no sympathy from me nor will you get my money either
you should have just left the weapon alone the way it was acknowledged the problem and MADE it as part of the unique weapon properties "a one off "
or make it part of Rufus law and say he has a special weapon blah blah easy peasy fosters no ill will and makes it seem your screwup isnt so bad lol
either way ill be using this post as an object lesson in how not to handle a bad situation by making it worse ( well not really worse you all ready applied the fix and no matter how much moaning goes on here your companies bad screw ups have made a lot of people spend less money and even seek refunds ..... all so this is not the first time this has happend and nor does it build any trust towards the game and your company to deserve to spend money on the game)
for the record I have 3 of each survior and have been playing since day one sadly I havnt really spent any money on the game since the early days where I purchased gear and it was nerfed the day after and changes were made that rendered it useless.... I dont really bother complaining but some recent events have waranted comments
So that I know what exactly I'm ostensibly paying for when I buy something, can someone point me to the 'as advertised' sections of the game website for items offered for sale? I'm not finding these sections at http://www.thewalkingdeadnomansland.com/ -- would they be somewhere else? For instance, what EXACTLY are the officially-determined traits of Daryl's Legendary Crossbow? The photo in my shop doesn't make it clear, and I'd hate to pay $14.99 for something I'm making assumptions about. Is a legendary crossbow, for instance, always silenced? I would have assumed so, but perhaps a weapon that was always silenced would upset the balance of the game.
