Upgraded players to level 12. Can't upgrade anymore til I upgrade council. Can't upgrade council til I have players level 29. How can I upgrade council if I can't upgrade training ground til I upgrade council

    You need to upgrade more things in your camp to get your player level to 29 (top left corner of your camp).

    Player level 29 refers to player level in the left upper corner of camp screen and not survivors at level 29. They don't want you to just upgrade council and training grounds til you get to level 20 survivors which is the current max. Building points increase player level so go forth and build farms, hospital, car, etc.

    The 29 refers to your player level in the top left hand corner.. not your survivor level! :smile:

    Confusing two different things:

    The "player" that is YOU. Your player level is the number in the circle top left corner of your game.
    Then there's the level of your survivors that you train one by one, those are the toons you play with.
