[PSA] What time is the daily quest added?

Hey, it seems like I've just received a new quest for my daily. So I'm guessing the daily quest pops up around:

1500 CST (3 pm Central Standard Time North America) every day.

Other people's confirmation would be great =D

    I got my daily at 1pm EDT like yesterday.

    I guess a new quest appears after 24 Hrs past from the last added quest or last completed quest.
    I'll experiment if a new quest appear while I already have one not completed. This will show if this depends on one of two variants:
    1) 24 Hrs from last added quest;
    2) 24 Hrs from last finished quest.

    You should have the daily quests right from the get go. In the "TROPHY" icon while at camp, there's a tab for "Quests."
