    Good day, and thanks @Shteevie for the answer and for the patience with everyone of us. And... I have to say that I also apologize for my silly complain. Yesterday after my post, also this morning, I realized that my claim had not too sense since the amount of missions we can play now are really more than in the previous challenge version. Also, gas cost is less, rewards are bigger, ... No sense to complain because from time to time there are crates with tomatoes, mostly when they were eliminated from other parts of the game, like walkers on the fence, or standard missions crates. And... yes... you are right. I misunderstood the version notes and yes... explicitely challenge missions were not mentioned on list. So... only I can give you the thanks. All people in my guild are motivated again and that's nice.

    You did a very good work with this new challenge system. Thanks for the effort.

    What's the idea of cool down timer when it's possible to play in that time? Does stars earned during cool down doesn't count?

    Cool time only affect you from moving to next round. You can still do current RSL and grab stars. If you will finish it faster than 60 min then you will have to wait. @gespuer
    Enough clear?
    Cooltime only prevent to do more than 3 rounds in a row otherwise some ppl will finish challenge in 2 days ;)

    Thanx @Amiga ,
    so e.g. I did finish the 1st round of RSL20 and get the cool down. Can I play two more times RSL20 bc I have to finish 3x the RSL since RSL-1? But I can't move on to RSL 21 in this example?

    @gespuer No that didn't work. You also have to increase the difficulty to get to the second RSL 20 round.

    I don't get that. Maybe bc english is not my native language???
    RSL 20 in the 2nd round is not the same difficulty like rsl20 in the 1st round?

    It affects also the same RSL. All about 3 rounds doesn't matter what RSL.
    You can finish 2x19 then 1x20 in a row to activate cooldown. So next round on RSL 20 will have to wait..
    And no.. Next round doesn't increasing difficult if you have few rounds on the same RSL.
    In overall cooldown affects amounts of round - how quick we finish them in a row .. Not RSL

    You can. It's affect next round @gespuer
    It's preventing you to move to next round and grabing bonus stars. You can still finish current.
    It's more simple than it looks ;))

    Still strange, bc I finished that round and I'm able to play the 2nd time that RSL

    You can but stars will not count ;))
    You can play on the same maps as much as you like but only 3 stars will be counted. Only advancing to next round will give you ability to get more stars ect..

    On higher RSL you have more rounds on the same RSL. Like 2-4 rounds before difficult will be increased

    Now with the things back on track, its time to introduce some new chapters, challenge maps, equipment .

    Also looking forward to the new season missions.

    I was under the impression that they would put in a extra walker here and there.
    Or change a normal for an armored etc.
    Incremental difficulty increases the challenge in later rounds to really test your skills.
    Incremental difficulty increase sounds to me as: Smaller increases in difficulty = increase of difficulty within 1 rsl

    I'm currently level 48 I've have gotten 0 food from reward crates from challenge after rsl 20... is this intended... ive been maxed out in xp and my gear as been maxed out all night...

    Level 48? I'm interested with zbot's answer and understanding of your question. They are related, I suppose. But he's busy writing a PM for me, perhaps. Meantime, I can't help but tell you this: you are truly favored by the gods - old and new. You will always have max XP, you will max out gear each night and you will play happily ever after.

    Does anyone know anything about a triple round? I'm level 58 and just completed level 19 on the challenge. I haven't seen any notice on this but have seen a chart relating to extra stars. Many thanks

    U will play lvl 19 2 more times before going on to lvl 20 difficulty...it stretches out the challenge...

    The loot system is somewhat convoluted. It seems easy to explain it in hindsight, but many of the game modes we have now were invented after the game was released, and so had to be worked into the system after-the-fact. Such is the way of software development.

    As for why supplies are still around at all for maxed players, we do plan to add more things to do with them someday, and there will be more building upgrades and buildings to upgrade. However, we feel that the existence of farms and supplies scavenges gives players lots of opportunity to get supplies if the need them.

    In the future, if we add buildings, we can also move the "no supplies" point to the new max level that those buildings create, and then you'll be able to save up for your upgrades until you are at the new max level. I hope you are enjoying the other aspects of the new challenges.

    @Aeshur005 , confirmed with NG that while it's to benefit maxed out players, "any mission of difficulty >= 20 will get no supplies, regardless of their player level." So if you are not getting any supplies after RSL 20 it's working as intended even for non maxed player. If you need supplies, the supplies scavenge missions is still available and remains unchanged.

    I like @Shteevie 's sentiment that, if and when buildings are upgradeable and Max player lvl goes up, they can adjust the RSL (I assume to 21?) so supplies will be given out again. That was your point right @Shteevie ?

    Supplies from DELUXE CRATES on RSL20+ are still legit?? My guildmate received it today. I thought that supplies are removed completely from DELUXE CRATES....

    well for me personally the triple round is the only reason i am still able to play....im using lvl17 survivors...i started at 12....played 12-15....then 16x3...17x3...now on 18 the first time....if the triple round wasnt there i would have played 17, 18 maybe 19 and been done already cuz i would get slaughtered at lvl20 and higher...so i would have only played like 8 rounds total....this way i have played 10 already and am starting lvl18...so i can play more....

    Surely you wouldn't intentionally take me so dumb as to suggest that Supplies should be not "still around at all for maxed player." I know what will happen if we can't collect Supplies anymore and you surprise us again with another Council upgrade. My idea was quiet simple: You took out Supplies in reward crates at Level 20+ why not take it out in all levels?

    Enjoying the other aspects of the update? Of course I do. Such brilliance at taking community feedback and developing it into a product, not to mention the ever improving graphics. But it is marred by thousands of Supplies in reward crates (as I am not at RSL 20 yet) disappearing into thin air...Supplies that could have been XP, gold, or radio!

    @jeffstasyk good point but for maxed players i imagine +4 or +5 (probably more) the rsl is going to be realistic easily. which is 14, 15, 16,17, 18, 19(x3) 20(x3), 21(x3) 22(x3) 23(x3) 24(x3) 25(x3) which is 27 rounds...

    one round per level would reduce to 12 ish rounds or 2 instead of 3 per level would reduce to around 20 rounds... for people like yourself maybe just start a level or 2 earlier.. just a gut feel this amount of non stop challenge will result in serious player burn out quite quick once the novelty wears off...

    Any chance can you guys add guaranteed hero tokens to the token chest? I have received 3 so far, but due to RNG I haven't received a single hero token...

    So if every token chest has say 4 hero tokens + completely random tokens I wouldn't feel so disappointed each time I open one of the token chests...

    right but in the old system those same level 20 superstar players would play all the way up to like lvl 30 walkers didnt they?? so they would play 30 rounds...and a good 70% of those were complete wastes of time...as lvl 1 to like 18 or 20 were complete gimmies and no skill required for those players...

    same with me...last week i played up to about lvl 19/20 on some maps...so i played about 19-20 rounds...but for like 15 of those it was just time consuming and repetitive....

    this way i started at level 12...so only about the first 4 or so were total gimmies....once i got to lvl16 and play it 3x now it is more difficult...where i cant just go around the corner without knowing...cuz ill take the bruise with 2hits now....so have to actually play instead of just blowing thru taking hits cuz they wont bruise you anyways...so if i end up playing up to lvl 20...i will have played 12-15...then 3x each for 16/17/18/19....giving me 16 total rounds...but like 75% of those either somewhat difficult to very very difficult instead of the inverse when it was 75% cake walk and only like 25% had any difficulty to them...

    @drinky Nothing is stopping you or anyone else from quitting the challenge to go play raids or whatever when you have played enough. But some of us, myself included, pretty much only play the challenge and like being able to stall the time when I can no longer get any stars and continue to get rewards as long as possible, thus I love the 3x play starting at RSL -1. If you don't like it, don't play it, It's really not rocket science. Don't ruin it for everyone else cause it doesn't fit your play style.
