Radio calls after hitting Challenge button

When i tapped challenge button positioned on the lower centre of the mission screen (between the Scavenge and Outpost buttons) it instantly switched to the radio call screen with 3 icons spinning for the 15 radio call!??? Finished the spins and got a 32 token survivor.
I chose Challenge not Radio Calls. Fix please before this happens again. Im saving radios for hero tokens not random glitch fodder.
Smooth but strong and on the rocks.
