Scrap Gear for XP or TGs

It might be good to see an option to scrap gear for TGs or XP. The player can chose which option.

    Scrapping gear for tgs would be really amazing but too good to be true Im afraid.

    When u do scrap gear esp some that's legendary and high level buy the dbl xp, Ive gotten over 150k xp for a single rifle...just incase y'all didn't already know it worked on scrapped gear. :)
