I fundamentally disagree with the use of negan and (if it ever happens) the Governor as 'heros'.

How about you convert negan to another hero and use them in challenges/missions etc as bosses. I would love to see guild raids - accepting the difficulties of simul-play this could be wave attacks with everyone in guild able to do their bit one at a time ... with a tapered mission lower members could clear earlier parts leaving highest to confront bosses (if they get that far). This would really push the social/organisation part of the guild system.

I agree to an extent, you should be able to use them as heroes but they should also be bosses, guild raiding is something I would to see but will be very hard to implement foe the devs
