Yes, makes your chances of dodging better! I had gold Dodge armor for Daryl once (who has dodge himself too) and I was surrounded by 3 walkers in one of the story missions (RSL+1), i thought he's dead shit, but he dodged thrice!!! Now his chances of dodging are much dimmer since i scrapped that old gear some time back...

They are cumulative. 10% dodge on survivor + 10% dodge on armor = 20% total dodge chance...
    etc...

Luck is a little harder to explain in simple terms.

Luck helping dodge is calculated like this:
    Luck% / 100% X dodge% + dodge % = Total dodge%.

So 10% dodge and 10% luck
    10 / 100 X 10 + 10 = 11%

So 30% dodge and 15% luck
    15 / 100 X 30 + 30 = 34.5%

In the end all that matters is:

15% dodge on survivor and 15% dodge on armor = 30% dodge
    While
15% dodge on survivor and 15% luck on weapon = 17.25% dodge

Meaning, dodge is better for increasing your dodge chances.
But if you have both, it's best.

    Another example.
15% dodge on survivor, 15% dodge on armor, 20% luck on survivor and 20% luck on weapon.

    40/100*30+30= 42%

    Hope this helps.

So basically what your saying is that whatever the % of luck is, it is that calculation which would be added to the of the trait. Hence why you first noted 10 dodge + 10% luck = 11% dodge, because 10% of 10 is 1%.

    Yes, 10% dodge + 10% of 10% = 11%.

Another example, 75% chance anti-stun and 20% luck.
    75% + 20% of 75% = 75 + 15 = 90%

    Ps.
    Personally i would do 75*1.20=90 (Or 75*(1+0.2))
    Another way is 75 + 0.2*75
