Suggestions for overhaul of guild structures

I know this has been discussed ad nauseous, but it's seriously time for a change in the flawed guild structure setup. It's boring, and it's vulnerable to whack jobs who act nice until they achieve Elder rank. I would propose something like the following, in ascending order:

Rookie - the rank automatically assigned when accepted into a guild
Fighter - awarded according to individual guild rules. Title of honour only
Veteran - awarded according to individual guild rules. Title of honour only
Council Elder - can only be awarded by Leader or Second. Maximum of three per guild, and they can only accept newbies or promote people in the ranks below them.
Second - can accept newbies, promote, banish and demote everyone except Leader
Leader - can do all functions including promotion to Second and passing Leader role to any other member

I think I think too much about this game, lol. I will show myself out.

And NG could so easily make changes to the guild structure to make it more nuanced and interesting, and provide an in guild 'reward' system - totally free to them apart from some tweaking. Would also limit guild vulnerability to being Carolled. @Teeceezy, what do you think?

And the 'Second' can be better known as Co-Leader right?
