@Teeceezy Ok, have to ask. What brain trust comes up with the idea to increase healing times just to lower it right back? Why even mess with it to begin with? NG does know that % can be used to DECREASE things and not just increase them so instead of using a fixed amount like 15 minutes you could decrease healing times by 15% and you don't get yourselves into this clusterfuck you did with the hospital, right?
Sorry, but this hospital thing is absolutely one of, if not the most clueless and stupidest things I have ever encountered in any game.

I see.... thanks @zbot and @xbamfx but isn't this counter constructive? When I reach max camp lvl, I will be getting only lvl 22 gear right? So if I doesn't promote my survivors to lvl 22, how am I going to use lvl 22 gear or even get lvl 21 gear for my survivors?
@Teeceezy said: "Increase in Hospital times: A slight adjustment needed to be made to the scaling healing times. Now, after upgrading the Hospital post-council upgrade 21 your healing times will be back to what they were pre-2.6. Apologies for the confusion and lack of clarity in the Update Notes."
We only upgrade the hospital to raise up our BP what's necessary to upgrade training ground and workshop? The upgrade of hospital does not have a real effect for a shorter healing time? Sorry, and I try to reflect this with the most respect, but that is ********* (screw it: ABSOLUTELY B****t). The idea of upgrading things, like buildings, equipment, survivor, etc.is to improve those things! NG shows total disrespect of this strategy which is absolutely common in every aspect of human living (private life, economy, etc).
Welcome back to real apocalyptic life after one day at "Euphoria". It's really nice, playing "HIGHLIGHTS"-missions. But the rest is only struggling to keep the status before 2.6 - no real progress for endgame players. NG gives incentives with one hand and takes them away with the other hand by raising the costs. We are now spending millions of supplies and xp for nothing as the privilege to be as strong as before.
I'm sure I've complained previously about something so no need to find my old posts and hammer me. However, does everyone that's calling NG the scum of the earth really think that's how to negotiate? Has that ever worked for you in real life? If that's not working for you please do a search on mindfulness training. The moderators seem to be extra lenient these days.
I knew the moment I read the announcement that +15 minutes reduction sounded too good to be true. I didn't expect it to be that much of a "screw you", though.
I really want to think otherwise but sometimes I feel that NG despises their players, especially the veterans.

There are lots of constructive comments and threads in the forum. But if you always read "Thanks for your input, we will discuss it", and everytime after the update you feel more f***** as before, this kind of reaction is just logic.
Sorry @JerryDixon there's no negotiations. There’s not really anything I want from them, as any temporary gain is always offset by the next update. Their toes are all yours.
They always do this one building or another we upgrade to get back to where we were pre update, last time it was tomatoe supplies.
Reason this happens is because they didnt work it out right or at all when they unnecessarily raised the games hard cap of 20 we had been at for over 6 months. This is further evidenced by figures not adding up for Damage, HP, upgrade cost and trade in values.
Also I just noticed and it may have been there before but in view of the hospital is the car mistake I think its important to bring this up as lives could be at risk. Next to the fuel counter is a green and white cross which is widley recognised to be associated with hospitals.
Please please please Teeczey in your next team meeting hold an training session to explain what an hospital is as it could save someones life. Last thing we want happening is one of your staff requiring urgent medical assistance dashing down to their garage expecting to find A & E.
I've attached some recommended reading which may be of help.
Are we playing the same game? Is it because I'm a free player that this doesn't bother me as much as you guys? Or because I work in a devops environment and this doesn't seem any different to me than any code I see going out the door. Maybe I'm an enigma :-) Feel free to disagree but I don't feel the animosity or hostility that I get from the tone of the posts. Could also be because it's the written word and expression/feeling isn't always conveyed well in that form.
p.s. if you guys are all quitting and your guilds are disbanding please send your killers our way...
@JerryDixon Ive worked in IT for over 20 years, both the hardware side and software side. I have done app dev for over 20 years. The way NG rolls out communications of updates and other things we see here is not indicative of a professionally run IT organization that follows standardized practices and procedures for planned changes. Sure, we make mistakes, but it is typically due to differences in test and production environment. The groups that support our production operations have it really hard as they have no test environment for some equipment and have to do the best they can during a maintenance outage and hope it works when it comes back up. Their success rate is far better than what I am seeing here.
Unfortunately what we have seen is an over reliance on automated testing with the new devs and they don't take the time test the app and try and break it or to see what effects their change has on other components or apps. They think, they all my functions passed the test scripts so I am good to go. Nope, that just reduces your testing, not completes it. Hardest thing to do is break that mentality out of new devs that think that way.
Please explain exactly which of my comments were not civil and were un-constructive? I always was and always will be absolutely polite and constructive and do not attack you or any employee personally!
Sorry, @Teeceezy, I don't see how this is in any way any less civil than holding our hospitals hostage and being told that it's working as intended. The constructive part that @gespuer is that NG should undo what they did with the hospital because it negatively affects us for no reason. Feel free to warn me if you like, but if NG isn't going to be civil, how is saying a curse-word worse?
I'm not trying to be toxic here, just trying to discuss the issue instead of how you are deflecting by calling one side of the argument uncivil. Can you explain this issue in a way that makes any kind of sense? I get that NG wants us to spend more gold, but how does this help any of the players?

@Teeceezy@Shteevie when you guys return, can you address the question that has still not been addressed: is the bump to 6 gas for scavenge missions intended or a bug? If the former can you provide explanation? Can you consider reducing it? All it does is make the grind much harder for F2P players like myself.
Can someone explain how the new Trait 'Punish' will work with a Bruiser also possessing the Trait 'Retaliate'. The way it reads below the Bruiser will whack someone nearby regardless if he got touched by that zombie or not where retaliate will whack the zombie that touched him.
Will these two traits cancel each other out? Only get one whack either at a random or at the one that touched you but not both?
Bruiser - Punish: At the end of the enemy turn, make a free attack against a random enemy next to the Bruiser that deals 50% of normal damage. [Upgradeable to 120%] Note: This attack will also stun the enemy if a normal Bruiser attack against that enemy would do so.
They don't cancel each other out. You can have a Bruiser perform a Retaliate Strike when struck and then a Punish strike after that at the end of the enemy turn. Credit to @vshield50 for proving this to me.
1 step forward; new content, fixes 2 steps sideways; council upgrade, more heroes, new traits, gear drop changes (caused by new max level) 4 steps backward; hospital nerf, survivor retirement nerf, astronomical upgrade costs for buildings, abismal communication from NG (outright lies or they just don't care)

Now that I have slept on it, the only thing I can offer is:
NG, stop being terrible.

I don't think that's how it works @xbamfx
One Less Titan's list has been proven to be accurate so I shouldn't be getting lvl 20 gear at camp lvl 61 regardless of my survivors lvl.

Any help on this @Teeceezy , should we be expecting to get lvl 20 gear from 7.5k crates at camp lvl 61?
OLT list doesn't account for player level increases.
Please see last paragraph here.

Rule #1- Don't be toxic!
Next Games and the moderators don't want the forum to be a toxic environment. I get that. It creates a better experience for everyone. But...
Has NG ever considered not making decisions that create toxicity?
