Can we PLEASE fix the requests bug! It's been awhile since update and I cannot see a thing describing the players that are requesting to join! I would rather not accept a Steve or Caroll into the guild without knowing beforehand...
In a way, all of us has an El Guapo to face. For some, shyness might be their El Guapo. For others, a lack of education might be their El Guapo. For us, El Guapo is a big, dangerous man who wants to kill us.
Am I understanding right?: Increasing the cap according to NG: nerf everything, but if the players upgrade to max cap, they will be there where they were before the patch. Meanwhile implement as many unexplainable bugs as possible. Hmmm. Sounds fun to me, I am just at the wrong side of the d**k.

@bigbeano Just accept all and remove Steve or Carroll if you see them. But do give them a chance (as some may have the unfortunate namesake) and a hell of an interview.
@Mabiki don't join us at the dark side I use you to make me think if I'm being unreasonable or at least slightly unreasonable with requests and comments
I still find some of the complaints here ridiculous, but I'm pretty upset atm - not so much for the changes, lame as they are, but mainly for the way NG misrepresented them. It's pretty hard to read the original update notes and not see it as deliberate misrepresentation.
The alternative explanation is that whoever writes the update notes is that far out of the loop from the developers that they just don't know what is actually being implemented ( I don't know of TCZ writes them or just has to be the forum messenger to repeat the bad info he is given).
It's certainly possible it's a sign of NG being inept rather than having bad intentions, since they screwed up basic things like which building gets upgraded first and what the new max gas amount is, but I'm not sure that makes it any better since poor communication is one of the biggest and most valid complaints against them.
That said, I expect I'll still poke at people here if I think they're being unreasonable; but right now I think a lot of the anger and dissatisfaction is justified. I was actually really excited about the new traits and loved the new mission, but today's news that the presumed bugs were all intended has taken a lot of wind out of my sails.
I'm honestly starting to wonder: All these times NG has changed values without notice- maybe they aren't sure what they did, don't know how to fix it, and just go with it so they don't look like buffoons.
I tried to be positive but I can't help thinking if the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, does it make us all insane that on Monday we thought that when 2.6 was released upgrading our hospital would change our heal time or that we all thought that when 2.5 came out once we upgraded our survivors to 21st level we would be able to go much further in the weekly challenges? I dont understand the even the playing ground concept since we all play solo except in regards to the weekly challenges guild rewards. If the lower level players start the challenges at lower levels doesn't that even it all out already? At times it can already be mind numbing playing the same 6 boards over and over for 5 days to get random tokens but with the decrease in the radio phone rewards you don't leave us much choice, considering the cost of upgrading traits is off the chain (I saw one player's post and he was almost at full Elite status with one of his survivors it was going to cost 8,000 tokens for the final upgrade he needed.) I don't expect you to give away the farm but it seems like high level mediocre players like myself are being left out of the equation and I find it very disheartening.
To take advantage of all these illogical changes in 2.6 we all should buy stocks of NG, since they all line up in higher profit by in game purchases which will obviously raise up the stocks. With the share profit we all gain, we now can do more in game purcheses which leads to higher stock rates again and we gain more profit.... So, you see it's kind of a perpetual motion machine. A win win situation for all of us (player, NerfGames, share holder, economy, phone companies, etc.).
I tried to be positive but I can't help thinking if the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, does it make us all insane ...
Pet peeve: Although this is a popular phrase, it is not actually anywhere near the definition of insanity.
"Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results" is what top atheletes and musicians call "practice."
In some cases, it may be illustrative of naievete or an inability to learn, but "insane" is more along the lines of David Berkowitz believing the devil manifested in the form of a neighbor's dog named Harvey who ordered him to kill multiple people.
Mabiki I see you argument but I take the expression as meaning thats what drives you insane. Wasnt David Berkowitz working as a letter sorter for the post office at the time of his arrest. Dont some studies show that musicians are three times more likely to suffer from depression and anxiety. I was just trying to say I was expecting somethings to be different after the last two updates instead of investing so much time to get back to where I started. Should I have used instead used the these go up to 11 from the movie Spinal Tap as my example?
If a survivor is in progress of upgrading his lvl and he is part of the defence of the outpost, will attackers find only two defender behind the gate?
Maybe..
Or maybe the attackers find all three defenders except for one person who's training actually a hologram. The real one snoring on the couch, and waiting his another hologram to finish the training...
@gespuer It shouldn't be possible to have a training survivor in outpost defense. If so you should open a bug ticket.
It's possible before new update @David_H79, i tried it once with Negan. So my 1st thought it's like @gespuer said, so i switched him with another survivors, coz if i had only 2 defenders in outpost they're dead meat
I wasn't trying to downplay your point about the game itself. It's just an expression that really bothers me. It is also often attributed to Einstein when there is no evidence he ever said it. I find it a very poor definition of insanity and feel the need to point this out when I see it used. That's all.
@Teeceezy At this point, I believe many of us fighting with the way NG communicates, not with game changes itselves. We are not happy about another XP/tomatoes grind, council increase came too soon for us, but the real prolem is what NG says, while doing the real opposite. If NG says "we made your survs more powerful in 2.5", it is just BS, cause walkers HP increase negates/overcomes our gains. If NG says "hospital time decreased in 2.6, it is just BS becausewe have to spend 26mil. tomatoes(or so) just to get where we have been. Not really trying to be toxic here, Im trying to pinpoint poor communication from NG side. We would grumble because of such changes, but nobody will swear on NG, nobody will say Im quitting, nobody will try to summon wallet strike, if such changes would be communicated honestly. And this is where NG fails.
P.S.:Those 2 examples are firts that came to my mind, it is not complete list.
@Gladi I'm pretty unhappy about some of the game changes. The hospital nerf was particularly egregious, and the token resale value (which was identified as one of the biggest issues) actually got WORSE.

I agree with @JayZ there was no need to inflate hospital times just to deflate them back to normal after upgrade. The token scrap percentage has apparently been broken for a long period of time but all of a sudden it's less now? At the same time as introduction of new survivor traits? Seems like an odd coincidence if you ask me.

Might want to review what gets adtvetised in the game NG, just had an advert for this.
Pot growing sim, seriously!!

Think many people on this forum are taking advantage of that
I guess I'll take that as a compliment.

How much for 1 share? I found $2.68 in my sofa and I'm ready to splurge

Edit: I never try again after that

I'm unhappy with those two changes as well, but I would personally be more likely to grin and bear it quietly if not for the deceptive presentation.
I don't like it when people blow smoke up my ass.
