PSA: Exploding Walkers have been nerfed (in a bad way)

If you haven't noticed yet, Exploding Walkers now deal damage (from explosions) in relation to their level and not one relatively constant explosion value. So, you may not always be killing normal walkers of similar levels by shooting exploders, and you definitely won't be killing most Tanks and Armored Walkers by shooting the boomers. NG said this was a byproduct of the walker rebalancing done in a recent update (shteevie said 2.5, but he may have meant 2.6). Either way, this doesn't pass the smell test as two challenges ago we had Quarry challenge (which was after both updates), and the Exploding Walkers worked the same way they had previously worked....but not anymore.

They have always hit us through walls. It seems like there may have been a bug where they could get us but not other walkers (I may not be remembering that correctly)

Only once, the fatty didn’t catch fire [for me], and to be honest, I think it might have been that way before but I’m not 100% certain.
I’m not seeing any change so far and I’ve been paying close attention since @OneLessTitan posted this thread.

That's not new.
If a walker survives an explosion they are not automatically on fire.
Edit sometimes they are sometimes not.
