I bought a 500 TG crate and the item automatically got scrapped

... I don't have any pictures to show... but it's what happened. I bought and it automatically got scrapped without even the item appearing to see what it was...

Same here, 500tg gold crate from store auto scrap, nowhere near half full on gear.

Restock golden freebie auto scrapped. Didnt bother with ss since it proves nothing.

Anyone tried epic or legendary crates yet? Now THAT would really suck

Just happened to me as well, 273/300 equipment inventory so space available. I'm passing the word to my guild and hope this will be corrected moving forward. Compensation would be nice but a pipe dream

I'm still currently under construction on my Craftsman Building, could that be interfering with receiving possible badge components from the TG store?

Same deal. Opened free silver crate in tg shop and never saw what it was. Just was scrapped.
