Challenge missions stuck after completing the round

Just finished level 21 of Challenge round. It show 6/6 complete, but i get no rewards and cannot play any more rounds.
Smooth but strong and on the rocks.

    Cooldown timer for challenge. Huh, I had never experienced that before. Stupid me for buying a gas booster...
    Why is there a cooldown time on the weekly challenge?

    I've completed mission chapter 14 however I can't leave the session. My players have been stuck in it for over 6 hours. I've closed the game a number of times, rebooted and I'm still stuck. It's been a waste of the unlimited gas and double xp bonus. It looks like this has been an issue for a couple of years? Does anyone at NG care? Is there any way out of this without fleeing or am I just SOL?
