After patiently waiting all month I was really looking forward to this update. However, that all change when many more changes we made without telling us. For example the mission lvl 11.3 Nightmare to get the lvl 19 warrior has now been changed to 14 warrior. I spent a lot of gas and weeks to prepare for that battle and was about to complete it. Now how can that lvl 14 go against lvl 20+ walkers?
I am one of the loyal players who supported you guys from the beginning; but this new approach will lead to a downward slope with your players.
I really hope this isnt a bait and switch and you guys fix this to also make it fair to other players to have a chance to get these survivors.
Like: - new outfits and reduced cost of the outfits! I am finally getting myself some - New episode 13 - new weapon designs look cool, but have obviously no effect on gameplay - the game app seems to be more forgiving now when I switch between apps; it used to reload EVERY time from scratch, which got really, really annoying. Many times I can now switch and it simply reconnects, done. - new training and workshop lvls, finally I can BUILD and train something! - opening crates can apparently leave you with 1AP for overwatch
Dislike: - Reduced survivor lvls from hard/nightmare episodes! - Starz glitch in challenges (sudden jump of starz and lvl, some count, some don't) - Red label over walkers, unreadable to me; the symbol could stay red, but the level and the health bar need to be clearly readable - not a big fan that resources didn't matter for a long time, helping mid-lvl players to massively catch up. Maxed-out players had virtually nothing to do. Why did I spend hours and days meticulously farming, building and farming when in the end it pretty much comes for free? - No exploit fix (but promised) for the forest challenge, can be massively abused, leaderboards are becoming more a sign of who exploited more - opening crates should always take only 1AP, ie 2nd AP can be used to move or attack, not just overwatch - not a single suggestion from the vast pool of ideas on the forum have been turned around. That is possibly the most depressing fact. Why do we care again?

@Teeceezy , @TK-421 , didn't you want to fix the Forest challenge in terms of exploits? It appears the challenge is unchanged and many players, entire guilds are abusing the hell out of the exploits.
But making the walkers red and painting silly little pathways is way more important!
@Poppy Even though it annoys me too that there are no fixes for those exploits the graphical gimmicks might be truly more important for the majority of players and newbies who do not care about guild challenges at all.
Simple mathematics: does NG earn more money with a few hardcore players or with attracting more players in general.

Thank you for the feedback. It is highly valued! The turnaround time for fixes and changes is a lot longer than many realize (two months is about the right ballpark for anything non-critical), and things like "why do we get visual footpaths when there's still this big, glaring bug in the ring" tend to come down to "this guy was available, and he could do this one cool feature, but the other guy who could fix the big bug was busy with something else, of even higher importance".
A feature or fix somewhere doesn't mean we're ignoring the other stuff. It's a constant balancing act. The list of obvious and potential improvements and fixes is long indeed.
We do take the exploiting seriously. It is just hard to prevent. It's not a simple problem with an obvious solution.
Actually it's not nearly that clear cut. The reason we're talking to you guys on the forums is because we value your experience and input, and yes, that also means on financial terms.
I know there's been a lot of talk about the red status in the walkers but I kinda like it. It makes the walkers look that much more dangerous and scary. Just my feeling after playing for hours after update.

Am I the only one who likes the red font for the walkers? For me, it makes differentiating walkers & survivors much easier. I haven't played enough since I got the update to comment further on new featues.
Occasionally watch video still crash the game. Nothing would happen after I press the button, then the game just hangs, not responding. I don't get the watch video button again after game restarts.
Ok, a little ticked off ... Spend 15 radios after update and get a crap survivor? Really? Sheesh this game is sooooo hard unless of course you spend gold. Just saying it's breaking me. Also been playing since the update and haven't seen anything but walkers ... No humans at all. Also the walkers are so much harder to kill.
But spending gold means nothing as well. 1 radio = 50 GOLD. You can spand 500 radios on calls to get 0 legendary survivors anyway. So whats the point to buy radios??? Maybe if there will exist special radios for gold with much better chance for survivor.....

Spending money on gold only speed up the game progression. Nothing more. This is the way it should be. We don't want to reserve something only for the rich people now, do we.
it just sucks that the adds don't even work for me anymore... not a single one... so what would be the point in me wasting money for gold tickets if it wouldn't garentee me all 9 chests? before it cost be 25... at 50, I find this ridiculous... I am missing out on possibly good items! which makes the game take much longer... which in turn, makes it less fun... instead of playing the same mission 6 times, it takes 12... which becomes wayyy too time consuming...

TRUE. Further mean harder and you have spend much more time. Now gear 17+ cost 500k EXP for third trait. Can you imagine lvl 19 gear?? The same with buildings. 2 mil for upgrade. How to collect 2 mil with normal grinding? Anyway game is really cool and I will wait for Outpost update before quit. Especially slow refuelling making this game tooo slow and forcing me to quit in near future.
Suggestions and these are just suggestions to be able to expand and upgrade the game, some are easy, some are not @TK-421@Teeceezy
1) retired survivors stay in camp, or in memorial, preferably to stay and protect camp and have positions or duties in the camp. So survivor slot section for them and they take on other duties. 2) would like to see retired survivors on guard posts on camp walls. 3) would like a herd to come to the fence from time to time. Maybe in progression 1st time 25 walkers, 2nd 40, 3rd 60, etc... 4) broader supply range, water, batteries for radios so radios can be reused or upgraded, better antennas for radios 5) mini 1 or 2 person missions, or side missions to neighborhoods to gather other supplies, food, water, batteries, syphon gas, building materials, grocery stores, hospitals. 6) every now and then be able to find a better or second mission car, motorcycle. 7) be able to sell weapons, gear and survivors to other players for gold, supplies, xp, or gas, or any combination thereof 8) be able to put radio tent on top of building. 9) have in camp positions and duties. Cook, mechanic, carpenter, etc... 10) have in camp missions. 11) maybe a fence breach from time to time. 12) 2nd slot in the training grounds, 2nd slot in workshop. 13) change run lines in camp to tan or brown so they look more like worn down grass from all the travel. 14) instead of the red on the walkers back to white or even a blue for better visibility, the red looks great but in some positions it's very hard to see. 15) hunter missions for game hunting, boar, deer, bobcat, snake, etc... missions to sporting good stores for traps, snares, ammo. 16) able to change angles or orientation of council, workshop, tents, etc... not just placement. 17) use of the building on the left as garage for mission car. 18) medical survivors doctor, nurse, etc... that can be upgraded a little for faster heal times, missions for medical equipment. Add more sections to survivor slots, medical, cook, farming, mechanic, carpenter, communications specialist, etc... 19) in camp activities. Dodgeball, kickball, baseball, plays, skits, something to round out the game, have camp morale levels. 20) be able to expand camp walls. 21) be able to assign survivors to upgrades, multiple survivors to upgrades for shorter build times. 22) definitely outpost missions etc... 23) every now and then get a free men survivor that is undercover to try to sabotage something in camp, but only if retired survivors get to stay in camp as some sort of position.
Thats all for now, and these are just suggestions for the game, asbit is my favorite game for android and i would like to see it expand way bigger, i thank you guys for making this game and all your hard work!
Yes a lot of odd changes, and maybe subject to another game, or maybe a gradual shift to a full fledged android platform game. But mostly they are just ideas I've had to have more to do in the game. This is my favorite game for android, and since ive watched the seasons of the walking dead more than anyone i would like to see this game expand more.
Maybe get a better phone, or root yours, free up some of the bloat, and a lightweight rom, once rooted you can do app2sd if your phone doesnt have much memory.
On the deadly mission of the Forest Challenge, when you are at the final opening crates, the fire crash and lag my device, so when im going to the exit (far of fire) the lag dissapears. Also watching videos i have hard lag.
