Yeah, can't complain. Spent 240 phones but got enough Guv's to go from 3* to Legendary and my Tara got about 180 tokens too. Only around 4 of my 16 calls resulted in all 3* greens.

Spent 615 radios and got 1792 Gov tokens (64 x 12 and 256 x 4). Got him from Legendary to 1 Pink, but the return was so-so. Of the 41 calls, 14 were Green Goblins. I did get 2 Legendary Survivors (only kept one), 4 Epics, 64 Glenn, 32 Daryl, 32 Jesus, and 32 Rosita Tokens along the way. I still have just over 1000 radios for the rest of the week. Sasha or Michonne would be nice to get to pink.

burned 480 radios (32 calls) got 64 Sasha's tokens 14 times and 256 tokens 3 times totally 1644 tokens (3.47 tokens per radio) still need 350 tokens to make her pink
plus 64 tokens of Morgan, 32 Governor's, 32 Meggy's, 8 goblins and 3 blue. again no legendary at all
Made 14 calls (210 radios):
Got 64 Sasha tokens 3 times and 256 tokens 5 times. Also got some epic bruisers, warriors and shooters and 32 Jesus tokens. Total 1472 tokens which was enough to make Sasha pink
Finally, someone to make calls for. Got Sasha to one pink (from just barely legendary), but had terrible pulls. 53 calls- 64x24, 256x1(the last call), 13 all rare.
I got a legendary Warrior but took the sasha Tokens. 2 calls later got the Warrior again with slightly different traits, but took sasha again. Next Call i got him again with 2 goblins. So i finally took him.
Doesnt look like the calls are complete random. Maybe it was Time for me getting a legendary survivor because i havent had One in ages.
Made 39 calls (585 phones) to upgrade Sasha from epic to pink. 27 calls ended with some hero tokens, 7 with epic survivor, 5 all rare, none with legendary. Heroes tokens: 2432 Sasha (512, 256x4, 64x14); 320 Jesus (256, 32x2); 256 Glenn (128x2); 32 Gabe, Rufus, Tara.
@ignas I got Carl to 5 tokens short of unlocking during the recent herofest event. Finally yesterday I found his tokens in the TG store. I'm sure she'll show up eventually for you too
