Android no ads what so ever

in Game Issues
I play on a Samsung Note 8, game version is completely up to date, software up to date, reset ad ID a few times, reinstalled , reset phone, rebooted, cleared cache, none have worked. No ads in any mode are even coming up.

    You can sent a message to support, maybe they have more tips for you, but if you've done all that, I wouldn't know what else to do. :(:'(

    I have the exact same issue on a samsung s8. I just dont have the possibility to watch ads for free crates, the option doesnt show up, i can only use gold. Let me know if u find a solution.

    Yeah, still in the same boat no ads for anything, otherwise game works great. I submitted a ticket, according to customer care they are aware of the situation and currently have techs working on it. I know us watching ads helps with there revenue so I'm sure they really are trying to get it working again.
