Jimmy is the best one, although he is missing luck (for Sasha) in my opinion in order to be perfect he needs to have revenge and luck, and removed sure shot and dodge.

Jimmy's pretty good and 1 pink so keep him, yes I would scrap Norma and wait for a better one.
