Loading guilds please wait

So I am trying to use my Spring bonus reward 24 hrs gas and Double XP , going fine until 3/4 way through and the game starts locking up. Game loaded fine, I do a few things but every time I click on Challenge button I get message “Loading guilds please wait”.... game freezes up. Now it won’t even load at all. Please fix your game. Thx

    No game for hours. Will not load. Will NG kindly reimburse the 24 hr gas and double XP once they fix it?

    Have you tried restarting the device and/or deleting the cache files?
