Deadly missions alternative.

I can see those being brought back as a subject frequently and many people would want them back. Unfortunately that's unlikely to happen. I came up with an optional solution.

Instead of loosing the survivor/hero, they would be disabled from use for longer periods of time (day, days, week or month or whatever) in regards to difficulty/possible rewards.
Fighting against endless stream of walkers and getting to some point wouldn't mean disabling them, only normal heal time.
Perhaps something like arena, to fight lvl 100 or more walker or something like that.
That would be cool and refreshing.
