Weekend event - components drop rate

@Fluxxx This is for the current weekend event where component drops are supposed to be increased. The drop rate for silver reward in Equipment scavenge (hard mode) seems out of line with regular and gold. As seen in the screenshots below, regular and gold both have 15% chance of components, but silver only has 10% chance.

    15% in a gold crate is the same as usual, anyway. Part of the event is supposed to feature higher drop rates for components and so far it doesn't seem like that's the case.

    As if by magic, the complete bullshit 1 and 2 star gear crap falls like rain while components are still few and far between.
