Auto Scrap Warning

It would be nice if the players were provided a warning that their equips were approaching the 140 limit, or even giving a total count on stuff they have accumulated. Instead we log on to a message that their best equips may have and probably were scrapped. Either give us a count of what we have, give us the a warning when we approach the limit, or even give us the final say to cull the items to be scrapped... please

Since then i am sure to keep my inventory under control to help ensure i don't hit that 140 mark.
They really need an XXX/140 counter in the inventory.

As an adult, now my wife throws away random clothing of mine she feels is too worn and sloppy
In both situations, it would always be random... Would never know which article of clothing went missing
Fun times
+1 to the op's thread, stop tossing shit away randomly...no one likes it

you are suggesting they LOWER the limit? lol
honestly, they just need to raise the limit to 200 like suggested, or perhaps 10*(survivor total)

Thanks!
Maybe also if NG isn't keen on the idea of putting a counter on the workshop maybe @Teeceezy and the rest of the Dev team could consider putting an indicator much like the health indicators we see during game play on it. Like the battery indicators we all see on our phones/tabs.
The way the scrapping works is it looks for your lowest rarity, lowest level, unupgraded, unequipped gear. In the vast majority of cases all of your actually good stuff should be safe.
But it would make players more ready to drop the lvl2 screwdriver a bit earlier.
Then what is the little counter on my screen next to the weapons for then?
It clearly shows how many items I have, I just mentaly add what my survivors are carrying..
ok.
To me the only time there is an issue is when I am using this to bank XP during quick gas refill where I ran up full XPs, had equipment and survivors upgrading so no room. In lieu of scrapping immediately, would hold on and scrap when XP was not topped off. I also hold onto equipment because sometimes I am slow in deciding things
