Nation Wars 5 is here !

It is time! This week, take part in cheering on your country in Nation Wars 5.
Nation Wars is a player-run competition that features the best of the best from each participating country. All countries were invited to take part.
Each country has put together a super guild, their 20 best players, to go head to head against the rest of the world.
Follow the global leaderboards to see the teams battle it out and show your country your support!
The flags represent the 32 nations and associations taking part in the competition from all around the world, many of them for the first time. We wish everyone success and above all - let's enjoy and have fun.

But for some strange reason, the obvious alternative, to switch out the banned players and take in a substitute, was not even an option? If that would have been done for example so that the change can only be done on Thursday at 21:00 or similar, it would have given the affected teams a suitable punishment (as the new players would start with a big time delay), everyone would be able to play, and the scoreboard would show the correct points. Now we got this half-baked compromise, which I think definitely is unfair against the non-cheating teams.
I think many of the teams (my own included) voted for the compromise simply because we wanted to battle against all teams.
EDIT: I did not participate in the voting in any way myself, the vote was done purely between the team leaders and only heard about the vote after it was decided
