Strong guilds using matchmaking exploit

Seems like some very strong guilds are taking advantage of possibility to create a new guild for a new guild wars season to reset their tier to minimum and thus getting very weak guilds in match making in first few wars. This is very unfair against those weak guilds and also these strong guilds are getting lots of gw shop points because all battles will be easy wins (1.5x points). To me this seems an obvious exploit of matchmaking system.

..uhm.. i don't see a fix to this... the chance to lose games will be always higher than the chance to win every week all the matches starting a new guild every week....
then.. finally... we all know that “those top players” doesn't need anything from the Guild Shop... they already have everything.
the only valuable thing are the rewards for the not top guilds... and with this exploit they are stealing those rewards... and for top guilds the only valuable reward was fighting each others for the ranks... and they ruined this fun

For us the reason is that GW has turned into a tool fest with the current setup, and as you may know, I have made several threads about this problem already a long time ago. All the top guilds can win all the hardest islands, and the season winner in such a match will be the one throwing the largest amount of tools. So we decided to not go down that road.
I again urge NG to put in a tool cap. There are several options, the one perhaps getting most support is to limit tools to 18 per battle. That way you can use a large number of tools when you get an especially nasty mission, but you need to mainly do missions closer to your real "no-tool" level. This could also result in interesting battles where some guild might go into too hard islands and en up losing to a guild playing more conservatively.
I've also made several posts about the bad matchmaking, and NG's half baked solution (which, as noted, is wide open for exploitation) should get a full overhaul. My own suggestion is to instead of using guild points at all, the game should simply take the average score of each player signed up, and match them to another team with a similar average score. This would also fix the other problem a lot of guilds face, that their A team get easy matches, while their B, C and D team get crushed every time.
Who is upset about this makes me just even more glad and happy. What Wild Walking did is a protest, boycott of this ridiculous game mode with insane pay to win playing field. We don't care about "winning" this or any other season while tool economy isn't fixed or tool usage per mission stay infinitive. So, those "honorable:, strong, almighty untouchable guilds can enjoy their tool war and just ignore us. Most of WW guilds will disappear from LB DURING the season.
Most of you didn't like or approve even when we won the season playing by the rules so why should i ever bother what this community thinks. Look at your backyard first, i am little nervous knowing so many of you watching every move of us. Are we that popular ?

I agree with you! They could simply "protest" using no tools and yet still face large opponents, even if they suffered some defeats, it would be more dignified and honorable than to slaughter small guilds.
I would like to protest because some players buy tons of gold to play perfect Challenge scores... any suggestion about a way to ..”protest”?

I know we aren't the only ones but I do apologise to any low level guild (including poor Merle who scored a whopping 500) we have beaten this week but many of us are fed up of this tool heavy, P2W joke of a game mode. So it was either continue as we were, keep spending the tools trying to compete for little gain, stop using tools and likely lose nearly every battle against guilds throwing fistfuls of cash at the game, or we do this and remove ourselves from the situation. Once this week has finished we will be a long way off the top, by week 4 we will be miles off.
We didn't do it to try and sneakily get top spot, the highest island we did all week was 12. We didn't do it to stomp on the little guilds. We did it as a massive 🖕 to the P2W joke NG has turned the gamemode into
