Stuck on daily video screen

I'm not sure how I managed it but somehow I am stuck on the daily video screen.

I can access the menus at the top but clicking the crates does nothing.

I have restarted the app several times and even deleted and reinstalled it but am still stuck.
Any help would be appreciated.

    @Mortmer press three fingers on the screen until the help menu pops up, click contact us, and send a in game support request, support can get you unstuck.

    I have done that and am waiting.
