When heros are injured in LS those injuries do not effect my ability to use those heros in any other game mode.
However, if a hero is injured during Challenge, or Scavenge, they are shown as injured in LS and can not be used.
Not a massive issue, but a few times I've wanted to play LS, I have had to wait 1hr+ because one of my heros was healing from an injury received outside of the LS game mode. My understanding is that it was going to be exactly like The Distance.
Currently, it is intended to work exactly like that 🙂

If we can do this for Last Stand, why not do it for GW? Half of the issue that arise with teams on GW is when different team members have different levels of willingness to pay gold to heal and it slows the team down...

Well you basically answered your own question in the first sentence. Different game modes different healing. Would also like to add that outpost survivors should be able to be used for other missions.

It seems to me like you are saying that if a Survivor gets injured in GW, they get insta healed and can be used immediately. As awesome as that would be it's not fair or realistic. If I've misunderstood your post, then please let me know.
Could they reduce healing times for GW? Sure, that would be nice, but eliminating healing times altogether will never happen. Nor should it.
It's all part of the strategy, and it would be ridiculous if there was no penalty for getting injured. If people don't want to wait or spend gold for healing, they should play missions more appropriate to their skill level.
It is not a given that you have to use gold to heal every battle. I plan and I play to my skill level. Occasionally I take some chances if the mission looks right for me. I take my chances throughout the day so I have time to heal and still play my attacks. If people are playing in a way that they have 2hr+ healing times after all 18 of their attacks, they are doing it wrong. People that play that way should expect to have to wait and/or spend gold.

Yeah you reach a point (quickly this week) when even your strongest attacks are a Flys peck, and grenades and burn are the only thing that does any damage at all.

If @ATLAS-Z is maxing out at 60k+ whilst throwing 30+ grenades going balls to the wall there is no question about it. They are using 'alternate' methods that the rest of us legitimate players aren't privy to. These players haven't discovered some new found strategy to cleverly play the map that the rest of us haven't figured out yet. Don't be so diplomatic

@ShadowWalker If NG come back and say that these scores are 100% legit then I think I'm quitting
They say no fair play rules have been broken but all that means that there isn't a hack, cheat, 3rd party app, whatever else in play. There must be a bug or a glitch being exploited which is technically not against the rules. It would be like them banning people for using the prowl bag glitch back in the day. That's the only way in my opinion.
The highest legitimate looking score is Tomo in 11th with 200k. 1st place has 25x that score. I'm not buying that anyone above that isn't exploiting a bug of some sort.

Last Stand is a game mode in which you fight endless waves of walkers and the objective is to score as many points as possible. Waves will increase in difficulty.
The battle will end either when all of your survivors are dead, when you flee, or when your map becomes overrun with walkers

And i will be honest, I was chucking grenades like i was on infinite ammo God Mode... At LEAST 30 grenades I'd say.
I could have gone on forever.

They say no fair play rules have been broken but all that means that there isn't a hack, cheat, 3rd party app, whatever else in play. There must be a bug or a glitch being exploited which is technically not against the rules. It would be like them banning people for using the prowl bag glitch back in the day. That's the only way in my opinion.
